Paddling pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, pool house with fridge, WC and cooking stove, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Available: bicycles. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 7.3 km, pebble beach 38 km. Walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Modro jezero 1 km, Crveno jezero 1 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Pool house: kitchen with dining table and satellite TV. Private: small football playground (included). 6-room villa 256 m2 on 2 levels, south-east facing position.
