The floor was filthy, the bed had a broken frame, the location was very loud, the OrderInn menu didn’t work and the room was supposed to be handicapped accessible with a roll in shower but was a tub instead.

The location of the hotel is good, but they didn't clean the room everyday.

This hotel was the worst. Too expensive and it was old, smell bad, we could here everything about other rooms, even a couple fight. If you are with children this is not a good place

We were VERY dissatisfied with this hotel. We will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! The room smelled, we walked in the bathroom and sink and there is water stains in the ceiling along with black mold. We checked in at approximately 3:45 went to our concert and checked out at approximately 10pm! I am going to attach pictures of the bathroom if I do not receive a refund as we did not stay the night due to the conditions of the hotel I will go to corporate.

Upon arrival the line for registration was all the way out the door because one of the employees at the front desk had called out…It took about 45 minutes before I went into the room. The tv remote had no batteries, the phone did not work and so so much more. I will never ever stay at this particular hotel again, not even if you payed me to.

Horrible hotel … it’s like a cheap big motel … I had to change room because my first room had roaches then while I was doing that there was someone complaining about his room after changing rooms twice then when I was getting my key and lady complain and wanted her refund cause she had roaches in her room and she come with a photo … I came with the Smosh roach on my shoes to show proof … never seen that before

Room Qasim clean and simple. Pool nicely kept. Not bad to stop in for a night

Nasty! Pure nasty! First night my fiancé killed a cockroach! They had coffee in the room, no coffee pot. Had to go get one. Security walking around. Second night had three cop cars in the parking lot. They don’t have a maid to come and make your beds and give you clean towels evidently you have to ask for that. Every time we tried to use our key wouldn’t work so I had to keep going to the front desk to get it reactivated. That got old real quick because we always had our hands full of stuff like food for example. That was very frustrating! The trashcan was nasty look like someone had food in it when we took the trash bag out to set it outside. We definitely will not be returning to this place or recommend it to anybody!

Hotel is Meh at best, not worth the $90+. Rooms smelled like soap, beds outdated, small pillows and with an entire hotel empty they put someone directly next to us who was loud til 6am ..
