Recently renovated including new bathroom, tvs, and new flooring in bedrooms and living areas. Kitchen includes, appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, flatware.
Wifi, Led TV's throughout, shaded balcony overlooks the ocean, beautiful private pool, on site laundry, close to area shopping and restaurants, including a Publix across the street
Perfect for families with plenty to do in the area, or for those who just want peace and quiet without the hustle and bustle of the public drive on beaches - Ormond is a small and cozy community, come & enjoy your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Indies House! We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and it was so convenient to shopping and places to eat. The hosts, Kevin and Lori, are easy to communicate with. Even checking on us a few hours after check-in to make sure everything was good.

Perfect spot on the beach!
We loved this place! It was the perfect size and location for the four of us. 2nd floor with a dual access balcony looking directly at the beach. We set up our tent right in front of the condo everyday, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Great kitchen, great living and eating areas, great beds, great balcony, great all around. We’ll be back!

Fantastic
Had a great time staying at this apartment, very clean and spacious, lovely sea view from balcony . Shops and restaurants near by. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo & Beach Views
Amazing location! Condo has a great floorplan. Lots of room! Owners are very nice. The views are amazing! Would absolutely come back. It was a great vacation, so relaxing!!

Just right for 4 adults

Perfect Fall Break Get-a-way
Stayed here over daughter's Fall break. Lori and Kevin were great to work with. Condo was clean and as advertised. Would stay here again.

Repeating guests
We have been staying at the Indies House for over 40 years. The renovations to this unit are fabulous, especially the master bath. The unit is located near the stairwell which was quicker than the elevator. The owners were very acommadating

Enjoyed our stay in Ormond.
We loved the location and pool. The condo was well appointed had everything you need. Great view! Laundry is on 1st floor and you have to download an app to use, no coins needed. The only negative and its minor was the sofas are very broke down and made it uncomfortable to watch a movie in the evening. The maintenance man at the property was very helpful too.

A great place for retired folks
Quiet and well-located within the city of ormand beach. No loud parties and noise. Restful and relaxing. Beach was never crowded. Convenient with grocery across street. Easy access to the pool and beach with minimum stairs. Elevator and luggage cart available by the entrance.
