Oasis Punt-West Hotel & Beach Resort

In the afternoon on one of the hottest September days (9/9/23) I can recall, we waited 40 mins for a drink Our restaurant Table that was booked months in advance for 7:30 was not there and had to be made up. Sat down at 7:45. Order wasn’t taken until..8:05. After being “given” two bottles of water as small compensation for the excessive wait time, by the chap who we assumed was supposed to be “managing” the restaurant and who I voiced my complaints to, his female colleague who appeared to be one of the few staff doing any work involved in actually taking orders and delivering food to customers, came over to our table and, apologising for the presence of two bottles of water we had not ordered, promptly took them away. My wife fetched a pepper mill from another table which unfortunately someone had spilled some unknown liquid into, and without realising, seasoned her carpaccio with an unpleasant brown liquid. For some reason we paid for our meal. In hindsight we should not have. The few staff on duty failed to communicate with, or support each other, and seemed to be prioritised in favour of a wedding party over regular customer service. We saw at least two other couples walk out. Our apartment had the smell of dogs and the shower totally flooded the bathroom due I assume to a blocked drain. Also the bins had not been emptied since the previous occupiers left which begs questions about the quality of cleaning. Finally ********** who we booked through, states that there are 20 units on site whereas there are nearly 100. So not as quiet as one might expect. We shall not be returning

Wonderful setting and nice lodges. Shame that nobody told us at the time of reservation that the restaurant on site is closed during our stay. Also in the early afternoon families and an extraverted young crowd from outside the resort settled the private (?) beach. Lots of noise in the otherwise calm and beautiful setting. Cleanliness is not top!

We stayed here for a couple on nights whilst cycle touring in Holland. We had a lake view lodge which was an amazing compact modern duplex space with a nice little terrace overlooking the lake. Very tranquil with great views. The bar & restaurant complex was great and the included breakfast was like a full on UK afternoon tea served on tiered servers. The sun loungers in front of the bar were great and nice safe sea to swim in. Only concern was the costs of the food from the restaurant which seemed excessive and the range of available food wasn't as good as I would have expected.

Eine Mega schöne und saubere Anlage. Unser Ferienhaus war super sauber. Wir sind mit Hund gereist. War alles perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir im Juni direkt wieder dort sind

Studio is klein maar fijn, afgewerkt met mooie materialen en veel comfort. Prima bedden, goede douche. We werden bij aankomst goed opgevangen door een dame van het reserveringsteam want de centrale receptie is niet open. Ligging resort is fantastisch, dicht bij het strand en Ouddorp. Restaurant op het resort is gesloten, dat wisten we van te voren. We hadden daarom het luxe ontbijt erbij besteld, daar konden we 2 dagen van genieten. In Ouddorp en op het strand zijn genoeg mogelijkheden voor het diner.

Super Haus, super Lage. Einfach traumhaft! Das Wasser, den Sand und die Muscheln direkt vor der Tür. Super Frühstück. Auch die Chopper Tour kann man absolut empfehlen. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal dort!! Hunde sind auch willkommen. Es war einfach nur toll 🥰

Malheureusement Oasis Punt West a annulé notre réservation unilatéralement et sans cause légitime. Ils refusent de nous rembourser, c’est une arnaque organisée ! Ils sont malhonnêtes et volent les gens. Je vais porter plainte et engager un avocat. Honteux !!!!!!

Nous pensions arriver dans un endroit paisible…. Eviter les weekend. Une horreur. Par contre en semaine l’ambiance était beaucoup sereine. Qualité/prix absolument pas justifié. Personnel stressé et complètement débordé, service médiocre, petit-déjeuner médiocre. Le restaurant a été fermé en semaine à mon avis pour des raisons de personnel. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement bien que le site soit très beau mais cela ne suffit pas. Organisation et management à revoir de A à Z.

Die Lage der Anlage ist super, das war es dann aber auch . 5 Nächte für 2 Personen mit kleinem Hund für über 1500€- da kann man schon eine ordentliche Unterkunft erwarten! So ein schmutziges Appartement haben wir noch nie gesehen, das Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Die Fotos sagen alles
