Location is convenient, no parking on site but there are options nearby. Also no gym facilities but good enough for business travel.

Counter stuff like Janice, Joshua and the daytime manager are good. But housekeeping is very messy. They put my pills on the bag with blacket covering. Making me searching for one hour. Second they did not do house keeping even prompted twice. The worst housekeeping I experience in my life!

Would highly recommend, very friendly and helpful staff. We had the room with castle view, which was lovely. Nespresso machine and extra options for hot drinks was great. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and delicious. We will stay here again for sure.

the hotel is quite and in a lovely location . The rooms are nice very comfortable beds and bedding with spacious modern bathrooms. The room Ihad was unfortunately lacking a view as it was overlooking the aircon units . The front of house staff were excellent and went over and above to ensure I had a nice stay . The only downside I felt and feedback was that the bar /resturant area lacked any atmosphere the bar is unmanned there’s no encouragement to utilise the area and you feel that’s it not to be used so i often drank and ate elsewhere. hence the 4/5

Great location in the city center of Oxford. You can get everywhere by walk and enjoy the sightseeing. The staff are amazing and always help you at any time. Can’t wait to be back there!
