Я забронировал этот отель для уикенда для себя и своего партнера. Это был ранний подарок на день рождения, я сообщил об этом отелю при бронировании, и они были настолько фантастическими, что повесили баннер и оставили несколько маленьких подарков для нее, что было удивительно, очень приятный штрих. Персонал отеля был дружелюбным, вежливым и обходительным. Определенно рассмотрю возможность бронирования снова в будущем, если мы снова поедем туда.

Это была короткая поездка в Оксфорд, и мы забронировали одну ночь в этом отеле. Расположение было очень хорошим, так как это была всего лишь короткая поездка на автобусе от центра города Оксфорд. Номер был чистым и просторным для нас троих. Полностью рекомендовал бы его другим.

Great quality for price. Would come again. Only downside was far from central but bus stops were conveniently nearby

The stay was great, really good location l, close proximity to Oxford Park and ride for the city center. Only slight negatives : you have to book to use the pool and it is unusable during pool classes - which they don't tell you at reception or on any of the paperwork Otherwise, there was 3 of us in the room and it was consistently set for 2 people (cups,glasses,towels) had to request items multiple times post cleaning during the stay Lovely Xmas decorations too!

Despite its high reputation, sadly we didn’t have the expected high standard stay we were hoping for. After coming for a late check-in following a long travel we were given a room that was 10min walk from the reception. We weren’t given any proper direction to the room which made finding the room challenging. Then upon entering the room we were surprised of the view outside. The room was looking at a construction site, which looked like a graveyard in the darkness of the night. When we booked, the room has a city view with it, not what we got 😔

Everything was amazing. I loved the hotel and the organization about the swimming pool time and sauna, the gym is also amazing

Very clean and large room with aircon. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast selection was good.

Welcome at reception was good, bar staff polite but not welcoming, rooms clean, food menu lots not available/ out of stock, sauna out of service

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

I had a fantastic stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel whenever I visit Oxford twice a year! All the members on the reception are very helpful friendly professional and efficient! Especially thanks to Lina Tiffany Amanda and Asian managers! The room is nice and clean, spacious, good to open the window to get some fresh air! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to visit Oxford. I would like to come back again in the near future! Thanks! All the best Kim

The hotel was good, the staff were welcoming, and the place was clean. However, I was awakened in the middle of the night by a loud alarm noise that kept coming on and off. I couldn't sleep again.

Good size rooms. Food available throughout the night. Good leisure facilities. Would highly recommend.

Room is spacious but there are 2 issues. 1. Room is not clean 100% and waste dustbin not cleared. 2. No lift so need to carry bags up staircase
