I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and close to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I always stay in this hotel everytime I visit Ozamis as I can't find any other decent hotels near my families house and evey single time couldn't sleep properly as there's always parties/events going on in the fifth floor. The room always have this funny smell which i hope is not from moulds

Superb in location as it is right at the centre of the market place. Walking distance to restaurants, watsons, donut, etc. Glad that they have enough twin bed rooms. The staff are friendly and approachable and helpful. Simple room. The toilet can be further improved as the shower head abit dusty and the toilet seat has dislodge. Killed 2 small cockroaches in the room. The sound proof is abit thin. There’s one night that an event lasted after 11pm, where the whole building is shaking with the bass.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

Room was okay. It’s the best hotel in this small city. They have rooms with queens, but are not offered online. Why? Not the best situation to share a tiny bed with my girl, or sleep separately.

The room is clean and near to the malls.

The services and facilities are superb good.for family outing.

The water is malfunctioning specialy in the morning,the hot water never function at all but it does’nt matter the important is it is around the city and very accesible🎂🎂

깨끗하고 화장실이 사진이랑 달랏지만 침대편함 바퀴벌레 없었음 창문형 에어컨 틈이 너무 커서 밖에 소음이 큼
