Pay attention to their cancelation policy. The hotel is unwilling to come to a solution and not making any effort to compensate. Their communication strategy is to not communicate and hide behind ‘policies’. My booking organisation was willing to come to an agreement and tried 2 times to settle things, the hotel however was not. Poor poor service!

It's good position and good sight-seeing but air condition didn't work and employee just said 'I'm sorry' and I had to sleep and sweat all night due to hot weather even hotel.

Bei einem Aufenthalt in Paderborn wird dies Hotel bevorzugt gebucht. Für uns ist die Lage in der Innenstadt wichtig, ebenso passt alles andere.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Temperatur im Zimmer kann man nicht regeln. Mir war es zu kalt im Zimmer. Musste mir Socken im Bett anziehen. Im Badezimmer war leider kein Heizkörper, so dass es auch dort zu kalt war. Schade. Die Eineichtung ist zweckmäßig. Sauna und Schwimmbad haben wir genossen. Die Aussicht von dort war super. Der Ruheraum war leider nicht beheizt.

This will be the 4th time have stayed at this hotel with work and cannot fault it. Amazing views, very clean hotel and friendly staff. The food is also amazing especially the steak. Love my work trips to Germany which are made even better my stays in this hotel.

Used this hotel for over a year on a weekly basis for business trips. Staff are fantastic and the rooms are superb. The location is very convenient to explore the great city of Paderborn. Breakfast is excellent and the outside bar on the terrace is beautiful in the summer. I would recommend this hotel over any other in Paderborn.

Great stay. Clean, quiet and with good facilities. Secure Parking on site at 15 euros per day. Close to town and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with loads of choice to suit everyone. Bar cosy with a late night bar menu.

Beautiful rooms and hotel is kept to an excellent standard. The staff are superb, extremely efficient but so friendly at the same time. Breakfast has a great variety of choice and has an excellent standard. There is an open air section to enjoy your breakfast on a nice morning. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It is also in an excellent position to explore Paderborn.

Overall hotel is OK. It is one of the best in the city but that does not mean it is good. Rooms were fairly warm and stuffy as the AC was poor. Breakfast was OK at best. Pillows have an air bladder in them which makes them "interesting" but not good. Need to invest in real pillows. Hotel has a pool and sauna on the top floor. They really need to invest in small gymnasium with a weight machine or two, a couple of treadmills, and maybe an elliptical. The staff, especially in the lounge / restaurant were quite good.
