The stay was comfortable and food is very tasty, the staff Hussain, Varsha, Munim and others were very hospitable, the view is very nice as there was snowfall. The rooms were very clean and nice, overall the stay was good and the location is near the city

The stay was very good and the room view was amazing. The hotel staff were like our own. Must visit stay if you are in pagalgam. Mr Idris, ubaid and ms varsha were very helpful all the way. The food was also amazing over here, they had jain food as well

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made a huge mistake. 1. Filthy Rooms – The room smelled like a mix of mold and stale cigarettes. The sheets had stains, the floor was sticky, and there were actual bugs crawling in the bathroom. Housekeeping? Nonexistent. 2. Rude and Unhelpful Staff – The front desk staff acted like I was bothering them by checking in. When I complained about the dirty room, they rolled their eyes and told me they were "fully booked" so I had no other options. 3. Noisy and Unsafe – I barely slept because of loud guests partying in the hallway all night. Doors were slamming, people were shouting, and no staff intervened. I genuinely did not feel safe staying here. 4. Broken Amenities – The "free Wi-Fi" didn’t work, the TV was broken, and the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine taking off. The so-called "breakfast" was stale bread and watery coffee. 5. Overpriced Nightmare – For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and service, but I would have been better off sleeping in my car. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. This place should be shut down.
