Best Yet, lounge around in the evening and watch the beautiful sun set behind Palm Springs San Jacinto Mountains. *For the safety of our guest, we have installed a front doorbell Ring camera and a side yard camera, monitoring a locked side gate entrance only access by the pool service man or gardener. THE SPACE: Fully furnished home great for up to six guests. BEDROOMS: Bedroom-1: Master Bedroom with CA King Bed, Private Bathroom, walk-in closet, reading chair, 50" Roku TV, and private sliders out to backyard. Bedroom-2 with Queen bed, walk-in closet, reading chair, 32" Roku TV, and a shared Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. Bedroom-3 with Two XL twin beds, closet, 28" Roku TV, and a shared Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. (Twin beds can be made as one King split bed upon request during booking) KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM/DINING AREA: Keurig/coffee pot, appliances, self-contained kitchen wares are provided for guest use. Living room with ample seating area includes 55" Roku TV with Spectrum cable and Internet as entertainment. Dining table set for six guests with two additional counter seating. WORKSTATION AREA: Built in workstation/desk near kitchen common area. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer available for check-in guests to use only. (Guest should not wash comforter or beddings) as extra beddings, blankets and clean sheets are supplied. BACK YARD: Furnished back yard for all guest staying to enjoy and relax. BBQ grills are available for outdoor cooking. Fully gated and private backyard from the street and neighbor. SALTWATER POOL AND SPA: This Saline water pool will leave your skin feeling more exfoliate and softer. Pool depth is from shallow landing to approximately 5'5 deep. ***NO POOL DIVING ALLOW*** *Pool heating is available for $10 per hour & up to 85F-degrees (***Please be advised the pool may require 3-8hrs of heating before it will come up to temperature depending on the season***) *If only spa needs to be heated, will be $10 per hour and can be set time of use, but you must buy10-hrs minimum. Temperature set for spa is up to100F-degrees PARKING: Parking available for two cars on driveway only NO inside garage parking NO street parking from 12am-7am as HOA restriction/regulation. ***Any car parked on street during those time will be ticketed and/or towed at owner expense*** NOISE/PARTY: NO large party gathering, or loud music allowed on the property. Any complaint by neighbors, HOA, Sherriff's Dept. will result in fines & eviction of guests with no monetary refund. Other things to note: This is a smoke & pet free home, and I'm trying to keep it that way for all my guests booking my place to stay.
