Puro Grand Hotel

The Puro Grand is a tiny annex style hotel. It’s physically linked to its bigger sister 3* hotel and has shared services. The only difference between this single hotel facility is a separate entrance (10 meters away) and the ‘Grand’ has better rooms. During our stay there was one person running everything - reception, bar, service. The ‘Grand’ has no atmosphere - it’s a hostel where people come to sleep. No one eats here - as it’s an empty little husk of a place with no staff and dirty glasses and tables everywhere (see photos’). The web site is cynical and deceitfully deceptive. This is a dreadful hotel that relies on its convenient location.

What a beautiful hotel, full of character and great location. The breakfast was fabulous such fresh and healthy choices. The customer service was second to none, HUGE thanks to the two ‘angels’, Angel(a) who assisted big time on reception and Angel(ica) the waitress, both were always with a smile and went all out to make our stay special and memorable big THANKS we will be back .

Simply superb. We have had an amazing stay at the hotel which we would highly recommend. The staff were excellent and helpful, we were met by Camilla at reception when we arrived and she made sure we were looked after and gave us a tour of the hotel to show us all its facilities. Our room was excellent and was a delight for our three day stay, lots of individual touches such as fresh flowers, gifts, chocolates and tea/coffee. The breakfast was also excellent, great choices and available between 8am and 12pm. The hotel is also ideally situated for exploring the city. Looking forward to our return. Great hotel in a really good location. Easy access to city centre, cathedral and port. 2 minute walk to loads of bars and restaurant, but situated in a very narrow, quiet street. Room was great, comfortable bed, loads of room and a huge shower. only stayed B&B and breakfast was very good. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable.

The location is great and the room was nice (although not extraordinary), but as a solo traveller, the primary experience was indifference - from the welcome to the check out. This was hugely contrasted with the warm and friendly staff at purobeach, who went out of their way to offer excellent service with a smile. There were also a few bugs in the bed and helpfully the hotel moved me as soon as I found them, however at check out the next day there was no real mention or apology, other than to say there had been nothing there - which is incorrect.

The Puro Grand is a beautiful hotel. As you enter from the tiny street there is a table in front of you with a beautiful display of flowers and the fragrance all around the hotel is gorgeous. We were greeted at reception by Angela, manager, who was delightful. We were presented with a welcome drink and Anna took over and showed us to our rooms. Lovely room with a great bathroom and a big walk-in shower. The bonus for me was the free standing light up mirror in the bathroom which is always useful when applying make up. A small thing but overlooked by most hotels. The room was very clean and fragrant. The bar staff were always cheerful and pleasant with a special mention for Sebastian but all the staff were great.

Nicest room in Palma ever seen. Perfect service. Upgrade. For me the best hotel in Palma. 1 Minute to everything u need and want in Palma but still in the rooms very quiet. Private terasse with view on the plaza.

Pure Grand Hotel is a MUST TO STAY! You cannot go wrong with your choice! I came with my wife and ever since we put our feet inside the hotel, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. This hotel has everything! Friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms and and amazing selection of Food & Beverages. Location could not be better and access to their Beach Club is only cherry on the cake! WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you very much Puro Grand Hotel team! Martin & Sarka

Beautiful old Mallorcan building. Good restaurant. Fantastic location. The room was clean and nice, we chose to get a bigger room than the entry category. Please note that you cannot drive up to the hotel without getting a fine unless you notify the hotel that you are driving up to drop off luggage. We didn’t know that while checking in and it would have made our lives easier if this was disclosed. There is a public parking nearby, but not near enough if you have a lot of luggage. Receptionists need more training as one of them sent us to a faraway beach which was unnecessary. The beach club illetas is beautiful. Good food and a nice beach to swim. Definitely go!
