Second time We have been at this Hotel and found it was mostly satisfactory The Good things were the staff who always had a smile and were very efficient.The Cleaning of the bedrooms were superb. Pool area good and Pool bar and snack area good The food in the main Restaurant was mainly good especially the breakfast but the Dinner and Lunch Did not reach a great standard at times in my opinion. It would help if some labels would also state the English Translation Full compliments to the Chef for the Sweets variation but some of the meat dishes were not too a lot of people's likes Entertainment was good and well planned One question is if you wished to have a. Quiet time in the Bar Lounge /entertainment area in the day you had to bring your drink from the pool bar which was inconvenient as the main bar area did not open until 1830 The last item is the Internet is not great as I had to use my network very often but overall Hotel Palmanova thank you for a great 10 Days Holiday See you again

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and it was as good as always. The rooms are modern and clean with the maids making up the room daily and providing fresh towels. The food is how you would expect from an all inclusive, there is always something for everyone. You need to remember that you are in Spain and not the uk. The pool areas are great, we always spend our time at the kids pool as we have a little one. The evening entertainment can vary but we mainly go for the mini disco as our little one loves it. Peter in the animation team is an asset to the hotel. He has watched our little one grow up as we have been coming here since she was one when he used to work in Mimosa. Overall we live staying here and we even got a nice bottle of fizz in our room for staying so many times. See you all again in October when we return.

Let's start with the good bits. we have just arrived back. the staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy. The bad bits the rooms have paper thin walls and you can hear everything from your neighbouring rooms. We had a glass door for the bathroom which is broken so you couldn't open or close it fully. This is more personal preference but the shower as a curtain which constantly stuck to me when ever showered. Food is repetitive and not the best of choice, we found ourselves eating out. Bar staff didn't seam to be very happy, almost came across rude. There was also a bad smell when leaving the main entrance but not sure if that's down to the hotel. Location is OK not to far from the beach and the local shops and restaurants. I've stayed in palmanova several times over the past few years and I don't believe this hotel is worth the 4 star rating

Very clean hotel. staff are friendly only a few let the team down. Food for the first 3 days was very poor thankfully it improved in quality presentation. Very limited options on food if your all-inclusive. Ice lollies at pool bar are expensive. Not much for young children to do but surrounded area has crazy golf and a good beach. Use local bus for trips 104 105 106

I'll start with the positives, hotel is very clean, good location for beach and to get public transport for exploring further afield. The pool area is nice and decent to spend a couple of hours at. Staff are very friendly (with the exception of the bar staff who seem permanently in a bad mood and look as though they hate having to serve you, not nice at all) Negatives, the food is really hit and miss and when it misses, it doesn't half. An example, Im not at all a fussy eater but one night I had chips, cheese and carrots. The food overall is not good at all (Breakfast excepted, it's pretty good) We paid for the VIP and for us, found it to be a waste of money. The food offering is outrageously poor, a much better choice is available at the downstairs pool area and the cabanas are in some state. Ripped and badly stained. Apart from being able to serve your own drink, there was nothing special about the VIP area. We had a sea view room with a balcony that was nice but we both felt the mattresses were well past their best and could do with replacing. Overall the biggest disappointment was the quality and choice of the food and the attitude of the bar staff. For a four star hotel I would expect much better.

The hotel itself is really lovely very clean as is the rooms the staff are welcoming, friendly and always helpful, what lets the hotel down is the food, it’s basic and to be frank cheap it’s as if the hotel is trying to cut costs on everything and the food quality is the main thing that’s suffering, I’ve never given a negative review but I feel I have to in this occasion, I’m sorry Globales but I feel you’ve robbed us of a fabulous holiday.

We booked this hotel as it seemed a bargain all inclusive price and was the same price as some b&b hotels in the area . So we wasn’t expecting much and planned to use it as a base with breakfast and a few drinks around the pool if needed . We were pleasantly surprised as it was very clean . Drinks were ok as in cocktails and beers . Our room had a good view and also had a little fridge to keep our drinks and water chilled . The cleaners came in everyday if you put the sign on the door and changed towels if you put them on the floor in shower . Our bed was changed 3 times during the week . The only thing that wasn’t really cleaned were the floors which wasn’t the end of the world . We only ate breakfast and popped in to lunch twice during our stay and the food was very good and always something nice to eat . We never ended up eating dinner as we went out on the evening for food and drinks so cannot comment on that . We also never saw any entertainment so cannot comment on that . Lifts could get a bit of a wait at busy periods but not enough to complain over . All staff were very polite friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean around pool and dining areas etc Location is great just behind the adventure golf on the front . Only small negatives for me were The snack bar .. birds were landing on food and pecking away at pizza etc . This could easily be covered and rectified and did put you off eating anything from there . Also the walls in rooms are very thin . When I read this in reviews beforehand I did think people maybe over reacting but I could literally hear the people speaking snoring everything in the rooms next door more than I ever have in any hotel I have stayed in . All in all we had a great stay at a great price and would stay again if visiting the area also would recommend for a great value all inclusive .

Had a lovely week here. Hotel was very clean and fresh. Staff all pleasant. Peter from entertainment is quite a character, great laughs with him. Our room was ideal for what you need on holiday. Pool bar can get busy but serves everything from water to cocktails. Snack bar well stocked for lunchtime food. Only gripe was at night in the lounge bar when people are trying to carry drinks and staff have trays loaded with glasses, kids were running riot around. I know kids are kids but there was glass everywhere at one point. All in all loved it and will be back

We have visited this hotel before and enjoyed our stay this time it was earlier in the season so the cold pool and no air con was to be expected Food is ok seemed better at lunch time than in the evening Drinks are good The only issues I have are the birds landing on the buffet food in the pool area and eating it, surely it’s not that hard to change it to one with a glass door to stop this happening as it’s extremely unhygienic And the food there is ok but once you see what the birds are doing it puts you off eating it !!! Other than that this is a ok hotel
