Just back from a weeks stay at this hotel . Hated everything about it apart from how clean it was . Food was terrible. Tasteless to say the least meat tough . Pool was not opened untill 10am and out by 6 pm 😳life guard was very strict was not allowed a ball no rings or inflatables 😕 even though when staff played a game they where allowed a ball and was allowed to dive in . Snack bar was the same food day in day out . Some drinks you had to pay for ice creams at snack bar had to pay for . Pool not big enough. No kettle in room unless you paid for it . Hair dryer just kept cutting out . Always a que at drinks bar night time which was long . Snack bar some times they would let you have four drinks then some times only two not good when you are a family of 5 . But could take them then had to go back and que again. . Fire in the hotel had to queue on rd for about a hour with two children one who was very frightened. Not any apologies or any staff to explain things . And to put your mind at rest . The hotel where you went for breakfast just stunk the rest of the week . Lifts are small and take for ages . Entertainment was rubbish did not start till 10pm . Sun beds uncomfortable. So slippery round the pool definitely recommend non slip shoes . Steps to climb out of pool just move when you pull on them . Every thing seems about money hire this and that and not cheap . Could not wait to get home . I would suggest take plenty of money with you to eat out . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And especially not kids just to boring for them . Would not stay in this hotel ever again if it was a free holiday.

Food- rubbish rubbish so take plenty of money to eat out! Pool attendant girl was rude and like a teacher enforcing her position to kids and adults alike! Ok for animation team to somersault in pool but not guests. No balls allowed - but ok for waterpolo . Fire at 3am , alarms went off for 15 seconds max! No hotel staff around to supervise or reassure as we stood outside for an hour with upset kids. No drinks from 6-7pm. Only 2 drinks at a time , not good when you have 2 kids and an elderly mother in law. Hotel smelt like a bonfire for rest of our stay. Evening bar queue is unreal ! All night long! Entertainment or lack of it - rubbish. Air con is rubbish Lifts absolutely rubbish . Nice and clean mind😂 Ruined what was meant to be a last minute holiday for the kids. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Holiday was amazing only issues were the lifts , how small they were and slow. Also sharp bits of grout and dirt in the corners and edges of the smaller pool resulting in my 4 year old daughters fingers and toes being cut

We brought our three children here for easter and was absolutely brilliant, rooms were spotless, food was faultless, highlight for us was the entertainment staff who were brilliant with the kids and made sure they were always having fun. Great location and in general just an awesome holiday .Will defo be going back

Absolutely outstanding service!!! Has to be the friendliest hotel in Palma Nova, staff are very welcoming and jolly 😊 We flew with Jet2 and I can honestly say they were so helpful and provided all my medical needs! Mimosa us so handy to surrounding area's that it feels like coming home

We har a very Good time, love the Entertainment there was every day at the pool and in the evening’s in the bar room. Good food and nice staff. Only good things to say about the hotel. Maybe the elevator is a bit to small and slow, we spent a lot of time waiting for it.

Absolutely love this hotel! We visited for 7 nights as a couple and had a great stay, food was lovely we only visited snack bar twice or so but was nice when we did. Pool was great and relaxed only issue you aren’t allowed inflatables or a ball in the pool. We was on the 9th floor, air con was great as it was really hot the week we visited. Shout out to Peter and the rest of entertainment team, we only stayed once for entertainment as we tended to venture out of a night but they really made us laugh and make an effort with guests around pool and at restaurant area when you walk in. Over all we will definitely visit this hotel again as it is only a 6 minute, straight walk down to the beach and is fairly close to everything. It is a nice relaxed hotel especially if you are visiting as a couple.

The room was very nice. The cleaning lady came to clean daily however a few times the sheets were not clean. The elevators are slower and older than my grandmother. The receptionist are not so nice, and some times they offend the clients that don't understand in Spanish.

Stayed here June 2022.Great hotel. Food good with lots of choices especially the deserts. Entertainment staff great fun and funny. Evening shows good especially Motown show and Michael Jackson Tribute. Location good . Only bad thing lifts too small and slow
