Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking at the house. Shop, grocery 200 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 450 m, bathing lake "Lago di Lugano". Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, minigolf 9.5 km. Nearby attractions: Casino Campione d'Italia 9 km, Swissminiatur, Melide 4.6 km, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio 16 km, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT 10 km, Mercato Luino IT 23 km, Mercato Como IT 30 km. The apartment is on the 5th floor of an apartment building. Kitchen is equipped with everything (microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, etc.). 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. A parking space is available. The contact with the administration was unco

Alles bestens, tolles Apartment mit Seeblick, in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Alles sehr sauber, bequemer Garagenplatz vorhanden. Betreuung war auch super! Absolut maximale Bewertung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
