No towel or mat for the bathroom floor, no iron in room, no refrigerator

I paid an unexpected fee at the disk at checking

I enjoyed my stay here. It's strategically located, easy to get public transportation, and find places to eat. The staff is friendly.

The staff are great and very supportive. My next trip back is already planned to this hotel in the hart is the city.

Positives- —Hotel is centrally located - can easily walk to places like the Central Market, Presidential Palace, Fort Zeelandia, Suriname River, etc. —Very budget oriented —This is not a conventional AirBnB - it’s a hotel. Hence, the front desk is manned 24/7 —Very comfortable bed —Excellent Hotel Manager - was on top of things and was very friendly and personable —Quiet room (mine was on the 1st floor) —Everything is kept very clean —Very good WiFi —Good water pressure —Good warm water for showering —Nice staff —A/C in room was good (needed room key to operate) —Owner of hotel was on-site almost daily —Breakfast was good but basic (extra charge at my room rate) Negatives- —Room has a window but looked at adjacent building wall just inches away. Almost all the rooms have no view. —I had a prepaid room, but upon checkin they wanted to collect payment again (I showed proof of prepayment). I figured it was due to me using a booking platform that was rarely used. They then wanted my credit card number “for their records” which I refused. The issue was cleared up the next day. —The hotel is located right across from a bus station. In any city including this one, that generally means it is not in the best of areas. Most people would not feel comfortable walking around this area at night. However, walking around during the day is no problem at all. —At night (for example 8-9p weekdays), literally all business in the area close down (and I mean everything). Summary- I would stay here again.

Tengo 7 días hospedado y he pedido en tres ocasiones q me limpien la aviación y no lo an hecho me acuesto y siento ya q los ácaros me comen No me an dado jabón tube q comprar solo dieron uno q es para un día y no más mi reserva es de 50 dolares y un día les dio x cobrarme 55 y por más q les mostré le expliqué tube q pagar los 55 dólares esto es orrible de verdad

Cheguei no hotel as 3h da madrugada e não havia ninguém na recepção, a porta principal estava fechada, fiquei 10 minutos batendo na porta e ninguém atendeu. Tive que pegar um táxi novamente e ir procurar outro hotel para ficar. Um absurdo! Não indico este hotel para ninguém!
