Anaula Nature Resort

After an amazing boat ride (1-1.5 hours) we arrived at the beautiful resort. All cabanas are laid down in a lush surroundings full of tree's plants, a very nice pool and next to the river (sula). Food was well catered, staff extremely friendly. The cabanas are nice but basic with a fan, no airco, but if you sleep towards the fan (revers direction in bed) it will cool you off. Hot water to shower is provided. The every morning around 7am provided hot water is a nice gesture so you can have coffee or tea on the porch/veranda. Some nice tours (included) are a great experience too.

The trip to Anaula in bus and boat, is beautiful and fun. The resort is in a beautiful location and is in itself beautiful too. Big garden, nice to walk around. The cabana is basic and could use some renovation. No airco, so it is very hot to sleep. No cleaning during our stay, and there are animals around. So it is possible to find a tarantula in your room! One evening and one morning, we had no water in the bathroom. So, it is not perfect, but the beautiful environment makes it good. Nice swimmingpool with loungers. The food is tasty. The proposed activities are recommended. People from the hotel are very friendly. So we liked our stay.

A lot of people on our travels recomended this resort for our stay in the interior. We added ourselves onto an exisiting trip and we are so glad we did! This resort was so beautiful and clean! We walked to the meeting place about 10 minutes and they picked us up. The coordinated everything from there. They were super friendly and helpful. The resort is a trek to get to but its worth it. We stayed 3 nights which we would highly recommend. They had well spaced out activities and plenty of down time to explore or hang out in the pool. Thank you so much for the experience!

Wir waren positiv überrascht, ein so gut geführtes Resort vorzufinden. Mitten im Urwald, direkt am Fluss gelegen. Die Bungalows sind großzügig mit Bad und Veranda und Klimaanlage. Man muss sich aber immer bewusst sein, man ist im Urwald und muss kleine Abstriche machen. Das Resort selber ist gut geführt (holländische Leitung) sauber und ordentlich. Tolle, saubere Poolanlage zum relaxen. Schöner Garten und Hängematten im Pavillion zum Fluss. Das Essen ist für die Verhältnisse sehr gut und mit landestypischen Produkten, alkoholfreie Getränke sind inklusive. Viele Tiere sieht man allerdings nicht, aber ein Besuch bei einer Affenherde ist lustig. Die Ausflüge mit dem Boot, zu einem Einheimischen Dorf, zu den Stromschnellen und in den Urwald waren interessant. Zusammengefasst: wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven op het prachtige resort. Het was prima verzorgd, eten drinken alles inclusief.( Koffie, thee en een bepaalde fruit drank) de rest moet apart betaald worden. De excursies werden door prima gidsen verzorgd. De cabanas zijn goed onderhouden en hebben allen een prima uitzicht. Op elk balkon kun je lekker van de natuur genieten en heb je een vrij uitzicht. Het vervoer vanaf Paramaribo is inbegrepen en gaat via busjes en vanaf Atjoni met een korjaal. Wij hebben genoten en raden het zeker aan. Het is ook heerlijk ontspannen in de Sula's en of het zwembad. Het is wel aan te raden om goed ter been te zijn. Er zijn wat trappen en men dient in de korjaals te klimmen. Men wil altijd helpen, maar het is fijn als je het zelf kunt.

Geweldige plaats en prachtige omgeving ook service top ,goede bedden en netjes. Eten en drinken in 1 woord top en heerlijk en eigenaar ook aanwezig. Personeel ook behulpzaam, alles ook optijd ook vervoer, schone omgeving heel netjes. Top top
