Rosewood cottage is a charming little house sitting in the middle of town. It consists of three bedrooms and one bath with a fully stocked kitchen, a with a desk and monitor and a washer and dryer available for use.
***Cleaning fee is included in nightly rate!***
Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for an additional $40 fee (goes to the cleaning staff). Please make sure that you click the number of people and add your friend!
The driveway is long and wide enough for 2 trucks and trailers for your atvs/SXS. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard/driveway, and back door. These cameras can be disabled upon request.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pet fee is $40.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great stay
Very clean, spacious and great location for exploring mt magazine.We only spent the night, but wish we had more time to hang out in the nice backyard!Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Fantastic weekend getaway!
Came out and spent the weekend with my brothers and dad, and we felt right at home! Spent the weekend doing hikes at Mount Magazine and some shooting at the local range, but we couldn’t have picked a better home base to kick back at. If you’re looking to experience what it’s like to call Paris home, this is a perfect spot! Big thanks to the host for communicating everything incredibly well.

Winter Visit
Had a pleasant stay! Very close to my Family and Town activities. We absolutely love staying at the cottage. Thank you for taking the time to ensure easy safe access to the home by removing snow accumulation in the driveway!

Easy access to State Parks in the area. Actually a quiet neighborhood and plenty of little extras from the owner

Exceeded expectations
Very nice place with a large backyard. The front porch is out of a magazine. Plenty of parking. Check in and check out is easy. We enjoyed our stay.

House Hunting
Delightfully decorated for the holidays, warm and inviting. Quiet neighborhood just around the corner from downtown Paris. Rapid response from the owner for any questions. Very safe and enjoyable.
