Stein Eriksen Residences

Excellent value for the money. I believe somewhere in the range of $1800-$2500 per night in high summer season. Although not cheap for many comparable place in Lake Tahoe $6000 a night. 3500 square foot 3 bedroom. Like a home. Staff all excellent from Housekeeping to shuttle services to concierges. Gym very good indoor outdoor pool excellent. Food at onsite restaurant excellent for dinner. Included breakfast good enough has everything you need I wouldn't say they knock it out of the park on that one but no complaints. Waiters and waitresses all accommodating as well. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Shoulder season spectacular. Like having a 5star resort to ourselves. Staff were relaxed and engaging and was prime time to enjoy all the amenities all by ourselves. Joe (American spelling) our server at breakfast was engaging and friendly. I wish him the best as he works to engage new skills in life. Natilie and Javier at the desk were great in swirling with us at check in and Brandon was very engaging showing us around after welcoming us to SER

This is the second time we've stayed at the Stein Eriksen Residences and we will definitely be back! The concierge desk is the best that I've ever experienced. This trip, Joe, Austin, Nathalie and Somelia provided excellent guidance for activities and restaurants as well as met every need! We rely on them for most of our recommendations and reservations. The shuttle service is also top notch! Brady and Kyle drove us around town as needed and they have a new Lincoln Navigator to travel in style! The breakfast buffet is one of our favorites and we take advantage of that each and every day. Overall a great place to stay! Despite the fact we are not skiers, there are plenty of activities around Park City to keep busy.

Our trip was absolutely outstanding. The concierge team was friendly, responsive, and always so helpful. The ski valet staff were wonderful and helped the kids (& adults!) get into their boots and always had our skis ready. The restaurant staff were friendly and took care of our every need! A top notch experience all around!

We stayed at the Stein Eriksen Residences (SER) in late August and everything was outstanding. We almost felt like we had the property to ourselves as our stay was at the tail end of summer. The entire staff is top notch and everyone made us feel welcomed, almost like resident owners than first time guests. We have stayed at other premier brand hotels and would favorably compare SER to any of them, based on the accommodations, amenities and dining options. We will definitely be returning during our next trip to Park City!

For selfish reasons I hesitate to share my family's MANY experiences at the Stein Residences (both summer and winter), for fear that too many people will recognize that this is, bar none, the most outstanding winter (ski) and summer (mountain) property on the planet (and we have stayed at the finest ski resorts in the country). It all begins with a near perfect ski-in-and-out location with easy (beginner) access to Carpenter Express and the ski school. We have stayed in five different residences, and four of them had 10/10 views (The views are potentially different with each residence. If 10/10 views are important to you, be sure to find out which residence will be yours and the corresponding view). The square footage varies (we have stayed in 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom residences), and they all have a large living area and kitchen. Bedrooms are en-suite and the residences are well-furnished, and the kitchen well-stocked with everything from blenders and popcorn makers, to enough dishes, glasses, etc., to feed a small army. BUT THAT'S JUST THE BEGINNING. On-site ski shop, on-site restaurant (excellent food), on-site spa (not lavish but massage rooms are adequate, go to the Stein Lodge for the larger spa if that's important to you), gym with enough cardio and weight equipment to get a good workout, ski lockers about 20 steps from trail, shuttle that is responsive to and from town, AND THE BEST PART: The service, from arrival to departure, housekeeping, front desk, concierge, ski shop and ski lockers, restaurant, shuttle - super accommodating, helpful, friendly. There are two other five-star properties in Deer Valley, with great locations, but neither one of them have the convenience, and mostly ridiculously outstanding SERVICE that matches the Stein Residences. In conclusion, don't come here and don't tell your friends, because we want the place to ourselves, for both winter and summer haha!
