Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

Там же находится автобусная остановка, откуда можно сесть на автобус до главной улицы и первого Гриндельвальда. В обеденной зоне есть микроволновая печь, а также места для сидения. Для тех, кому нужна стиральная машина с оплатой монетами, есть стиральная машина. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный во время регистрации заезда и отъезда. В номере есть москитная сетка, которая отлично проветривается и одновременно защищает от насекомых. Если бы летом можно было установить настольный вентилятор, было бы ещё лучше.

The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Переехать в номер Делюкс, но размер комнаты стал меньше. Чтобы я мог оставаться в ограниченном номере. Пространство оборудовано всеми удобствами. Даже прикроватные тумбочки опущены и встроены в стену. Так что не надо поверьте этому так называемому наслоению.В номере нет ни кофе, ни кофемашины.Отель ставит эти приспособления у входа в тренажерный зал.Если вы хотите посидеть в номере.Чтобы насладиться кофе на балконе, вам придется воспользоваться Лифт ходит часто, а на стойке регистрации часто никого нет. Если вы спешите на поезд, вам следует спуститься вниз и подождать заранее.

Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality

Я забронировал молодежный хостел на озере Бриенц, потому что хотел привезти туда своих взрослых детей. Ресепшн начинает работать в 4 часа дня. Мы приехали примерно на полчаса раньше и ждали на стуле у двери. Позже ресепшн вышел и спросил, может ли она начать работать. Я взял ключ и пошел в номер. Это был номер на низком этаже с балконом на заднем дворе, но балкон был соединен с соседней дверью, немного как в молодежном хостеле в Китае. Кухня общая, и после ее использования необходимо мыть посуду. Некоторые иностранные юноши враждебны и шумны, это нормально, просто кричите в ответ, и они успокоятся. Чувство превосходства и желание доминировать только показывают, что их качество среднее, так что не обращайте на это внимания, просто сделайте все возможное. В целом, это было средне, простыни были чистыми. Мы втроем заплатили за четырехместный номер, и там не было собственной ванной комнаты, но общая ванная комната и туалет были гигиеничными, не воняли и не были грязными. Озеро Бриенц прекрасно и подходит для занятий греблей стоя.

Нам очень понравилось всё в этом отеле, и мы не можем его не рекомендовать. Всего 7 минут ходьбы до железнодорожного вокзала, так что всё было в пешей доступности. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал, а завтрак каждый день просто потрясающий. Если вам посчастливится поселиться в номере с видом, как у нас, то лучшего вида на заснеженные горы с большого балкона просто нет.

Невероятный отель! Замечательный персонал, всегда помогут, сделают все чтобы ваш отдых был идеальным. Всегда встретят с улыбкой. В этом отеле идеально все! Есть проблемы с шумоизоляцией - я слышала все, что происходит в соседнем номере. Это было так громко слышно, что казалось будто это происходит в моей комнате. Также очень громко звенят колокола из церкви. Немного разбитая сантехника, плохо работает. Но эти проблемы не помешали мне отдохнуть! Советую этот отель

Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
