Warmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

Excellent service and the room is really spacious and clean. It’s close to the shopping mall as well so it’s convenient for food and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to stay in this area.

”My recent 2-night stay at HAMPTON by HILTON Fuyang Guomao in Anhui, China, was truly exceptional. This hotel consistently fascinates me, making it my go-to for vacations. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist's warm welcome set the tone for a memorable experience. The interior design exuded sophistication, creating a comfortable and well-equipped environment. The facilities, meticulously maintained, added to the overall satisfaction of my stay. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast – a delightful array that not only met but exceeded my expectations. The culinary offerings were not only delicious but also reflected a commitment to quality. HAMPTON by HILTON Fuyang Guomao continues to be the epitome of excellence in hospitality, and I look forward to my next visit with anticipation.”

Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center.
