These completely new houses are a great place to stay with your family or a bigger group of friends. The homes were constructed in 2020 and are fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms in each house with double beds and one room has a bunk bed with single bed on top. The homes are ideal for 4 adults and 3 kids or 6 adults maximum per house. The houses have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, laundry and a balcony with a beautiful view. The property is within the Playa Palma gated community, which includes a 24 hour, 7 days a week caretaker/security who lives onsite on the adjacent lot. The caretaker also tends to a communal, organic vegetable garden available to our guests. All of the lots in the community are bordered by tall, flowering Hibiscus bushes for privacy. Watch the hummingbirds hovering all day long around their favorite food source. The highlight of our villas is the beautiful, inground pool. Our guests can enjoy this private pool, relax under the Waterfall with your feet dangling in the water, sit on the bench which is built into the deep-end with a jacuzzi, or wade in the shallow-end. Truly an escape from the heat, or play area for the kids, the pool can be used day or night (even the waterfall has lights!). We situated the pool a few feet from the covered patios, and in full view from the kitchens of either home. The patios are covered with a ceiling fan, although you can enjoy the constant ocean breeze. A charcoal barbeque is also next to each patio. We are located on Costa Rica's Central Pacific Coast, halfway between Jaco, and Manuel Antonio National Park.
