Also included is an in-ground heated pool which is heated free of charge thru the months of April to October. (Note! if pool heat is desired through the winter months an additional fee will be charged to cover adequate propane pool heat expense). Also included is a screened enclosed lanai and gas grill ( gas supplied)for cooking out, outdoor dining, seating, bar, 3 bedrooms ( 2 king beds, and 1 queen), 2 full baths ( newly renovated throughout) and sleeps 6. All bedrooms enjoy private tvs. Two king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom,living room, family room with big TV, 2 car garage, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, an inflatable boat for 4, double kayak, 2 fishing rods and so much more. Our home is 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks, 30 minutes to Clearwater, 40 minutes to Tampa International Airport, and minutes to 9 nearby BEACHES and 9 STATE PARKS. This area is referred to as “THE NATURE COAST” because if it’s unlimited wildlife.
