Located on the narrowest part of Santa Rosa Island, you can step out the back door to a lush green yard with three docks which are perfect for docking your boat, swimming, crab hunting, and fishing or walk across the street to the beach with sugar-white sands and sparkling water and waves. Enjoy the following:
*Two beautiful living areas
*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, and dining wares) with granite countertops
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests.
*Washer and Dryer
*WiFi connection available.
**Calm Sabine Bay for Paddle Board Fun
*3 Docks for swimming and fishing
*Clean and well maintained.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside.
*Beautiful new furnishings and paint throughout .About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Boat slips are not assigned per unit. Guests should make every effort to use the dock closest to their unit. Boat length is limited to 30 feet MAX..Quiet Hours: 9 PM-8 AM Sunday - Thursday

"Relaxing Bayfront Stay – Ideal Location!"We had a wonderful time at this beachside bayfront condo. The views of the bay were beautiful, and being just steps from the sand made it easy to enjoy the beach every day. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a stress-free stay. One of the best perks was the free trolley stop right nearby, which made getting around the island super convenient without needing to drive. The area was peaceful but still close to great restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful townhouse and great location
You will find everything you need for a comfort stay. I love the master bedroom with a beautiful view.

Great Location!
Our family loved this spot as it allowed my teenage sons to fish almost constantly out of the bay and also out of the surf which was just a short walk across the street.
