In the backyard, you'll find a covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful blue heated pool to enjoy those spectacular AZ sunsets. The pool is heated free of charge. A cover is provided and should be put on the pool each night (and during the day when not in use) in order to retain the heat. Please do not adjust the pool settings - if there is a problem with the pool, please contact the owner directly. This house is located just 7 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex where you'll find the Mariners and the Padres during Spring Training months. There are many other community events when Spring Training isn't in session including seasonal markets, Food Truck festivals, and more! State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals) is located a quick 15 minute drive away, along with the popular Westgate for restaurants and shopping. These cover the front door entry, the side yard facing the pool equipment, and the opposite side yard facing the gate.
