London Greenford

Premier Inns are fairly consistent - you know what you are going to get. Receptionist gave a lukewarm welcome. Did she really like her job? My room was big but sp****, close to A40 but couldn't hear anything as double/triple glazing did its thing. Bed creaked when I sat on it and sink tap sprayed in every direction except down. Surely the cleaner would have noticed this? Breakfast was fine (warm greeting from the restaurant lady) and good value at £7.99 for Continental which included porridge option. (£9.99 for cooked option) View of cars traveling at 40mph in both directions was a recipe for indigestion. How about a hedge screen? Overall a convenient location for the tube(short walk) or the A40/North Circular) However, at £126 for a room only when it wasn't busy is just too expensive in my humble opinion.

We stayed at this premier inn with the idea that all premier inn’s meet a certain standard and this one certainly does not! We stayed here to celebrate our 7 year old daughter’s birthday by visiting all the sights she wanted to see in London. As soon as we entered the room a musty smell hit us. The bathroom mainly was full of black mould but there was also mould in the bedroom too. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly from the previous guest as there were ‘whiskers’ presumably from someone having shave all over the back of the sink. The bed sheets felt almost wet indicating the room was very damp. The breakfast in the pub attached was horrendous. There wasn’t much choice on the continental, the bread was stale , there were just plates of random things covered in cling film. The staff were quite rude and abrupt when asked for certain things. The hotel is in need of a desperate refurb. It was unacceptable

We recently stayed at the hotel with our daughter. Vicky checked us in and when she noticed we both had a walker she made sure we had a ground floor room with all convenient facilities and throughout our stay, whenever she was on duty she made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed.

Checked in for an overnight stay midweek , such a comfortable bed very clean room I used to be a chambermaid so I expect the level of cleanliness I was taught, staff were very friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure , will stay again the next time im in the area for sure , very pleased .

A good sleep, all round simple well worth stay, pub next door had good prices, the staff were polite and well trained and nothing was too much to ask, would recommend to any one for any reason. I just needed a bed for the night as home was far and un reachable

I stayed at the hotel to be near the station for going to a Westend show. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable and the service was friendly. It was well located to get to the Central Line and I would stay again in the future. Thank you to the Team !

Stopped there after a crazy night out!! Nice, clean and polite staff, Manager was spot on changed my room last minute with no fuss and he could’ve been a pain about it, would definitely stop there again for sure, next time I won’t be a pain hahaha 🤣

The room was warm and comfy. Very well organised and clean. Specially in reception good customer service made me feel at home. The breakfast was also nice and same again great customer service. We was well looked after abd we will certainly come back again.

Had a lovely stay here recently. The room was spotless and the staff were so helpful. Especially Vicky - when she sure my parents had walkers she made she allocated a ground floor room and checked with them they had everything they needed. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.
