Great Location, friendly staff, good Food and a fantastic atmosphere! We really enjoyed every Minute. Rudy and Hermann has been our guides through the Dschungel. Great guides - I can really recommend these two guys! We have done the 1 day tour with two kids (17,13 years old) and saw a lot of Orang-Utans and other animals. Another Highlight was the Great Food that we got in the dschungle.

The 2-day, 1-night Jungle Trek was truly fantastic! Thanks to our guides Rudi and Mawan, we had the time of our lives. Highly recommended! The Village Tour with Pindu was also amazing; we learned so much from him. We'd love to come back and see them all again ☀️ The staff at Garden Inn are incredibly hospitable; we've truly fallen in love with them! If you're from the Netherlands, bring stroopwafels for these wonderful people. They love them!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with a jungle tracking in between. Beside the staff of the hotel, espacially our tourguides Joni and Fajar made the experience truly unique. They took us on a 2 days jungle tracking with a night in the jungle. Their enthousiam, warmth (and card tricks) made it into an experience we will never forget.

Unfortunately, we were only in Bukit Lawang for three days. We had a wonderful and unforgettable time. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are sufficiently large and clean. We did an overnight jungle trek. Our guides, Jery and Joni, were great. We learned a lot; they both catered to our needs, and we had a wonderful time in the jungle. Tubing back to the hotel was also great fun. In the jungle, we received excellent food from rahim. We can recommend the hotel and the trek to everyone and would come back anytime. Thank you for this unique experience and for letting us be your guests.

Fantastic accomodation in the heart of Bukit Lawang with great surrounding restaurants and a garden that gives you a jungle feeling. The bed was super comfortable, the view of the river spectacular. I have never slept better in my life, falling asleep to the rush of the water and the sounds of the jungle. The staff were very personable and kind. Breakfast is served whenever you are ready and the Internet is very fast. I was able to conduct several video business calls with no problem. A top destination for jungle trekkers too! I highly recommend Orangutan Trip Sumatra when booking a tour. They are world class experts in all things jungle. We had a blast!

We had a wonderful time at Garden Inn. The room was very nice and the restaurant gave us some nice options for breakfast and dinner! The tours that are additionele to your stay are unmisseble. We did the one-day jungle tour with Ewin! We had a wonderful walk and got some fruits en lunch while we were going through the jungle! The tourguide knows its way through the jungle, therefor we saw many animals while having an amazing time!
