Hôtel Roz Marine Thalasso Resort

We loved the room and facilities. Service was somewhere between not friendly to not efficient (we had to wait 15 min to be admitted to the parking). The hotel is right near the beach, but they do not give you a beach towel. They have not straight forward rules about pools and spa such as required flip-flops and pool caps as well as which type of bathing suits are accepted. For me, referring to the fine prints of the super long email does not cut it. You can have a great stay there if you bring a towel from home as well as all the other stuff (who has a tanga bathing suit anyway?). This was a complete surprise and I think the hotel should recognize it is unique in it's demand and try to avoid such surprises.

It was a disaster, nobody in this 4 star spa spoke English, but it was the disorganised receptionists that was awful. We waited nearly half an hour for our RDV to be found! On entering the spa there were lots dirty robes left in the changing area. No toilet paper in the bathroom. When I arrived for my treatment the lights were off & it was deserted. It had gone very down hill since my first visit. Very sad.

An amazing first visit - I’m already trying to figure out when I can go back. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern, well appointed. Rooms had the best mattresses and pillows - slept like a baby. The Thalasso spa was relaxing - views of the sea while sitting in a warm bubbly therapy pool was just what I needed. The hotel staff were helpful and communicated well prior to my arrival - even helping me to book a table for dinner on my birthday. Will be returning ASAP!

The checkin process was a bit rough, but the rest of our stay was wonderful! The Thalasso is awesome with the Celtic parcours. The massage staff was wonderful and amenable to exchange treatments.

I recently stayed at Roz Marine Thalasso & Spa in Perros-Guirec and found it to be an exceptional retreat. The thalassotherapy treatments were top-notch, harnessing the natural benefits of seawater in a stunning seaside setting. The rooms were comfortable with a unique layout, offering breathtaking sea views. The evening barman was absolutely fantastic and is a true asset to the hotel. However, while the food in the bar, room service, and restaurants was delicious, the menu options were quite limited. Despite choosing the Full Board option, we only used it for breakfast twice and dinner once during our three-day stay. Expanding the food menus would significantly enhance the overall experience.

We stayed for 2 nights and upgraded our room to sea view. The room was as per the photos and the sea view was lovely although a little farther away than anticipated. Nice balcony but gaps meant our dog could perhaps explore other balconies!! The room was spacious and well laid out, but the granite stone bedside 'table' is a mistake!! Lovely as it may be,. The ensuite area is partly open plan to the bedroom leading to a large shower. Challenging hanging up wet towels and with a very small towel rail. Large comfortable bed. The hotel is new & modern with very interesting designs and aesthetics...lots of granite! The reception, bar and lounges, area (with fire) were great as was the 'beach' walk to the restaurants! The spa facilities and activities were excellent.... we loved the pool, bubbles and resistance walkway, and the relaxing seating areas. The hotel has EV charging points and staff were very helping in enabling this. Overall staff were helpful and friendly. We used both restaurants - The Suite and the l'Haliotis. We enjoyed our evening at The Suite with friendly helpful services; the 2nd night in the l'Haliotis we decided to try the vegetarian options 'of the moment' - they sounded interesting! Unfortunately the dish of various beans and broth was wholly unimaginative and tasteless....we returned it to the kitchen; we were offered another choice of salad and avocados; this arrived with a pile of radicchio leaves and very little avocado......disappointing....the waiter reflected our evening in the final bill. Breakfast was very good with various choices but getting a good cup of coffee proved challenging both times! However, notwithstanding this we enjoyed our 2 nights, it has parking and is dog friendly and is in a lovely location for visiting the area. On the issue of the vegetarian meal choices and quality, we communicated this to the hotel Manager directly, who during our stay was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly whenever our paths crossed; he was very concerned about our comments and he advised he would raise the concerns with his Chef Team to increase the quality and choice of vegetarian/vegan/healthy options ! Good enough....
