The beautifully decorated, comfortable lounge, kitchen and bath/shower room are on the upper floor. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has quality domestic appliances. There is Private parking for 1 car and a little courtyard garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture. Situated in a quiet corner of the city, the main shopping area and all amenities are just a few minutes walk away. The Railway Station and Bus Station are very close by. Perth is the gateway to the Highlands with towns of various character and many quaint villages within an hours drive for daily outings.
