Rustic cottage "Maria Rosaria", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 15 km from the centre of Pesaro, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Ginestreto, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 3'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi (extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Pesaro" 15 km, sandy beach "Pesaro" 15 km. Nearby attractions: Gradara 17 km, Fano 20 km, Cattolica 25 km, Urbino 30 km, Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli 30 km, San Marino 52 km. Residence with electric gates.
