very disgusting, the blanket is dirty and smells of stale water 🤮🤮🤮🤮, the towels are a little dirty,there is a tv, but no remote control, and disturbed by the ringing of the doorbell repeatedly especially at night.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Parking during peak hours quite difficult. However good location.

I had booked a room for 6 nights. On the 2nd day around 1pm they turned the light off (in my room only), without saying a word. They knew the room had no window and they knew I was inside the room. I came up to the staff and questioned this, they turned the light back on, but instead of saying sorry they started stomping feet angrily on the stairs. I have a video for everybody who is interested.
