房間還是很不錯的，空間很大，很舒適，周邊也很安全，餐具和鍋具備的很齊全，服務也不錯，就是缺少必要的洗漱用品。

夜景迷人！地理位置好！忘記帶行李箱還提醒我們回去拿！下次還會選擇入住！家人都滿意，停車場很擠，好彩有車出來

設施：設施齊全，很新 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔 美國服務員不會主動來打掃房間打攪休息 環境：環境一流，離賓大，市中心都很近，交通方便景色好 服務：服務態度好，會禮貌問安，不過度打攪

這個酒店非常棒。空間大，舒適，裝修也很考究，有設計感。推薦。

很不錯，乾淨

房間位置非常好，酒店式公寓，有廚房，寬敞明亮。非常值得推薦。

Superbly located apartments in the heart of Philly. Close to U Penn and also city centre. We had an excellent 2 bedroom apartment on the 29th floor with great views of the city and the river. Stayed for a week and as we had booked much earlier we had a great deal. The prices had sky rocketed as we were close to graduation week. On Sunday when we were checking out one of the treadmills in the health club caught fire! So we had to walk down 29 floors and gather in the lobby until the fire department said it was ok to go back. Fortunately no one was injured but a great place to stay nonetheless.

We stayed here while dropping our son off at college. It was great to have space to hang out, do laundry in the apartment and plenty of space to store all of his stuff from IKEA, Costco and Target in addition to the luggage. The people who work there are also helpful and friendly.

Recently I stayed in room 2923 at AKA University City in Philadelphia. Sadly the hotel upkeep has declined significantly. The furniture was soiled. The air conditioner was extremely noisy (glad I had ear plugs). The secondary lock on the entry door was broken. The bathroom door knob must have broken at some point, and the improvised handle was an eye sore and difficult to maneuver. Also, I understood limited housekeeping service during covid. However, such limited service now is unacceptable. In short, the general upkeep of the suites at AKA University is lacking. Very disappointed and I'm disinclined to return to the hotel.

Loved my stay at AKA University City! Location was great, my room/unit was spacious and well appointed and the front desk and lounge level staff - Diamond, Kamilah and Juan - were always pleasant, resourceful and willing to assist. Everyday, they greeted me with a warm welcome and my requests for a yoga mat and cheesesteak recommendations were quickly fulfilled with a smile. I will definitely return next time I’m in the city!

My wife and I stayed at AKA University the night after our local wedding ceremony. Having stayed in AKA Miami in 2023, we wanted to stay in a local AKA for our honeymoon and first romantic getaway as a married couple. Diamond was the attendant at the front desk that checked us in. When she found out it was our Honeymoon, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We really appreciated Diamond for going above and beyond to make sure our accommodations were a night to remember. The other attendants were also friendly and professional. We would stay at AKA University City again in a heartbeat.

We were blown away by the extraordinary front desk Wister was especially cluent focus and made excellent recommendations for dinner. We ate at the hotel restaurant and also had a drink at the bar, which was outstanding. But really the most appealing aspect of this property was the friendliness and patience of the staff starting with Wister I wish we could’ve remembered everyone’s names but the whole team should be commended. We will certainly come here again for our next trip to Philadelphia.
