В целом пребывание было прекрасным, так как мы останавливались здесь всего на одну ночь, но мы были очень разочарованы, когда добрались до бассейна, обнаружив, что в нем нет воды. Нам об этом не сообщили до прибытия, иначе мы бы забронировали номер в другом месте, так как хотели просто расслабиться у бассейна, поскольку уже изучили город.

Stayed at the 2 bedroom suite. It's quite small and the room is a bit bare with only the bare essentials. The bathroom was very small, and the combined shower toilet configuration is hard to get used to for us westerners, as the toilet become completely soaked and uncomfortable to use after someone showers. However it is clean by Cambodian standards, and the rooms are comfortable enough once you get used to it. The aircon works great, and the location is very quiet. This is not a good hotel for families with kids. But if you're single or couple, it's not a bad option considering the price. There's not much around the hotel for tourists. Looks like it's only catered to Chinese customers as the staff couldn't speak much English. The TV only has Chinese channels, and Chinese ads are posted in the lift.

Smelly, not very clean. At least it’s right next to the hotel so for one night it’s fine.

Hotel was nice: pool was dirty and don’t use due to this. Room overall was nice and clean, shower didn’t have any curtain and made bathroom very wet after use.

When I check in staff gave a very warm welcome and good service, changed money for me to pay the taxi,food at the cafe is delicious,bed was really comfortable as well.

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

New hotel and close to airport. Chinese orientated hotel but reception is pretty helpful with inquiries and information. Price is ok.

Cleanliness was good when and if they cleaned the room. They wouldn't clean when I put the "please make up room" sign outside. But they cleaned when I personally told either the cleaning staff or front desk. Location was terrible for me because there's not much within walking distance. See for yourself on Google maps. Service was none existent. The hotel is run by Chinese who cater to Chinese only. Therefore the TV is in Chinese, the menu is for Chinese, the food items in the room are from China for Chinese, the drinks for sale at the front desk are from China and all the labels are in Chinese only. As an Asian who was born and raised in Europe not a very welcoming set up. At first the Chinese looking staff greeted me in Chinese until they figured out that I am not and since that moment no more greetings whatsoever. Not sure if hat I need to be greeted or noticed, but at any "normal" hotel, that is the least that a guest can expect. I've booked this place because of the gym, but what a joke of a gym. Looks like someone just purchased a cheap treadmill, hometrainer and elliptical so to have the bare minimum in order to be eligible to add a gym under facilities. I didn't even bother trying any of the 3 options out. There's a small restaurant attached to the hotel and no surprise here, also the restaurant caters to Chinese only. Menu is for Chinese people. Although requested a non smoking room, my room smelled of cigarettes. The pillows smelled like it and there was even an ashtray in my room. Don't get me wrong.... I have nothing against Chinese. But if you only cater to Chinese people, then don't expect Europeans like me to return to your hotel. I've stayed for 6 nights and not 1 day I felt welcome or appreciated as a guest. So therefore I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Typical low quality chinese hotel. Shouldn't be so highly rated. Only good thing about this hotel is it's 10min tuktuk drive to Airport. Reception tried to charge me for room+deposit, even though I prepay via Trip. Next, we selected non-smoking room, they gave us one with cigarette leftovers on floor and convincing me that nobody smoked there. After room change, after a while we saw BIGGEST COCKROACH in our lives. 3am loud noise from chinese guests. One night here and never ever again.

Nice rooms but staff was beyond great! I forgot my passport in my room, called and they personally delivered it to me so I made my flight - though I had asked they send it via taxi driver, the young lady took it upon herself to ensure fast delivery - outstanding!!

room is clean and the housekeeping staff was kind enough for guest. one of the china boy name DavidYe gave me awesomeness help. is all good to stayed here.
