Friendly place to stay, plenty of parking next to our room, restaurant breakfast was nice with facility recommendation.

Great location! If you’re looking for a basic hotel to stay in for the night, this is you place.

We have stayed here several times. They offer larger room options; a voucher for free pancake breakfast or $6 buffet; great location; clean well lit property; 1 free pet; best bang for your buck. Will very likely stay again.

The location is great. You can almost walk to anywhere you want to go. The hotel in general is average at best. It is a generic place to stay. The walls are thin, so we could hear every noise outside, and dumpsters are emptied early. I am not unhappy with the hotel, as you get what you pay for, although....I feel that this is a $89 room not a $200 room. The room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator and all the basics to get through your stay. The bed was clean, yet uncomfortable. The TV...straight static. The channels were so blurry and went in and out of service. We wanted to relax and wind down and just binge some tv and could not do so. The hotel advertised a free breakfast and shows a breakfast area in the photos, but that is not available, but they do give you a voucher for the pancake house next door for every morning of your stay to compensate the breakfast advertisement. The ladies at the desk were polite and explained all the details of the stay. I love that this place is pet friendly, even though I didn't bring my pets, I enjoyed seeing all the families that travel with their pets. There is a deposit required, and so far I have not received my deposit back, which was one of the issues I read with the reviews on this hotel.

Horrible. Stained towels, horrible customer service, $105 deposit required, “free breakfast” meant three free pancakes ONLY! No matter if you have allergies. Expect to spend an additional $6 per day per guests for breakfast. We were told as a family of 4 after arriving to the room with 3 sets of towels that, “we don’t just give out towels”. You get 1 key, if you loose it or don’t turn it in at checkout, you’ll be charged $10. The ice machine (one of the few amenities offered) does not work! It was not a great experience! I’ve stayed in worse conditions but the service here was way less than par!

Ice machine was closed after 8 pm. It's in the coin operated laundry room that is open from 8 am - 8 pm. Had to put down $105 deposit. It's a little bit old but can't complain. Quiet, beds were fine. I'd come back.

The only problem was the heater in the back room did not show the temperature that you wanted the room at. Also the heater in the back room also is making a slight noise. Other than that it was a wonderful trip no problems at all.

I didn’t have any problems with the actual stay but the rooms could be updated a bit better for the price we pay. The tv was super small. The bed was super firm. Just some small updates would go a long way

This place was terrible! Our room was rundown (broken toilet paper holder, loose faucet, etc.). The floor was filthy - our feet were black within an hour. The ice bucket was in the bathroom - gross! The wifi was out for close to 2 days which made online school fun! They don't even have a basic coffee bar in the lobby - they said their coffee pot broke some time ago! Thankfully we were there only to shower and sleep. The beds are 6 in mattresses and feel like you are sleeping on the floor! We wanted a refund so we could find a better hotel but they said as soon as you checked in you signed your life away! They give you a voucher to go next door for free pancakes and a drink but it is dine in only. So this is an inconsiderate option if you are a diabetic! This place was awful and we will never again stay at a Red roof inn!
