Viewpoint Condominiums

Very nice condo! Everything was very clean ! The kitchen had everything you might need! Very close to everything w/a nice balance of seclusion. It was also pet friendly so we were able to bring our Jack Russell. Highly recommend

This unit was new and was a perfect location for an affordable large family vacation. It was new inside and the commons area was great for family dinners and movies.

Loved the pool table in the unit-it was fun Very clean and well stocked-just brought our food and clothes! Plenty of space and amazing pool/rec area

Condo was clean and very large for 2 people. Just off the main drag far enough to be quiet yet convenient.

The property was not ready. We were outside in the rain trying to open the door. Batteries were dead. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone because it was after hours. A young girl got us help finally. Washer and dryer don’t operate. Found that out after clothes washed. Fireplace is for decorating only. Just not very good stay!

Property was lovely... But across the way ... men hanging out on there patios just looking around... kind of creepy since i was by myself

The location is central to Pigeon Forge activities. Property is located off main road up a slight hill which is great for noise control and nice view of mountain. The property itself was clean and quiet. The condominium was practical and needs a little help. The sink is clogged so if you let water run for 30 seconds, it will fill the sink and take a minute to go down. The bathrooms similar but not as bad. The bathroom nearest entrance scared me when it came to the shower because it will shake and rattle loudly unless you turn it all the way up hot first. Thought it was about to burst. The fitted sheets on both beds had dog hair on them and so did the pool table. Nice that it dog friendly, but clean with sticky brush or similar to pick up dog hair. Other than that, the property is nice for our 3-day stay.

One of the best places I've stayed before, super close to all the attractions, the price was right, the place is spacious and modern, the view amazing, and the on site groundskeeper is a very helpful and knowledgeable all around great guy.. I will be back for sure,,,

This property was in the middle of transferring ownership so there was a bit of confusion at first. Things turned out great and Josh, the property manager, was very helpful. The only issue we had was that all 3 bathrooms in the 4 bedroom unit were in a bedroom so the person stayin in the one bedroom without a bathroom had to go through someone's room. This would have been ok for a family but for a business trip it was really inconvenient. The unit needed a community bathroom with access from a public area.
