Enjoy a spacious open living area with comfortable leather sofa and love seat. Completely remodeled interior with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. High Speed Internet. Comfortable beds upstairs and downstairs. Winter views with spacious decking new large patio. Lovely running creek on the property with fire pit. Also a fire pit on the patio. Very private 7 acres although not far from West Jefferson, Boone, New River, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Pet friendly! You should have an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle to access easily. Steep driveway. Outside Blink Security cameras recently installed. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Owners are responsible for cleaning up..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking of any kind allowed inside the home. If the smell of smoke is detected inside the house additional cleaning cost will be added..No pets unless discussed with the owner. Pets must be house trained and $50 pet fee paid before stay. Great open house! Plenty of privacy, plenty of outdoor hangout spots. Well stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Loved having enough quality towels! Would definitely return! Note... has a kurieg, not a coffee maker, but we were provided with plenty of k-cups . THANKS!

Change in Latitude
This was our 8th stay in the Fleetwood area . We have also stayed in VRBO all over the country, from Fl to CA, to Oh.
This was one cleanest and most stylishly decorated. Plus the decks and landscaping are great.
However, I would not advertise wheelchair accessible

Quaint little cabin
This quaint little cabin has everything you need for a weekend getaway in the quiet mountains near West Jefferson....Clean and bright with all the amenities needed
and the creek kept our grand-daughter amused through the weekend...Solo fire pit is an added bonus..love those stoves.....thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend stay....thanks.....

Cozy!
Such a cute cozy cabin! My husband, 3 kids and I spent Christmas week here. Private, had everything we needed. The owner even had a welcome basket ready with extra necessities. I loved having a washer and dryer so we didn’t bring home tons of dirty laundry.

This was a Very clean, well-stocked cottage. They thought of most everything you might need. We could tell they were trying hard for a good experience. If it were our cottage, we would move the King bed downstairs near the bathroom. As it is there is a single downstairs and king upstairs. The steps have triangle steps at the turn instead of a landing, which were not friendly in early morning. Even though there are only woods around, the upstairs did not feel private. It would be easier to make the downstairs private since the blinds are up on TV room and bathroom. There were no other blinds. Rugs would help in some areas. Icemaker wasn't working for us but trays were available. A downstairs full length mirror and vanity would be nice. If you need to get up in the night, this is probably not best choice as it currently is configured. The cottage was very close to events we were in town for, so that was awesome.

Great getaway cottage in the woods
This is a marvelous place for a relaxing getaway near West Jeffersonville, N.C a darling little town with fun shops and an interesting cheese making and honey making history. House beautifully equipped with any "Forgotten Items". Very clean with lovely working appliances and dishwater. Highly recommend.
