The property: Tropical Staycation sleeps 12 total guests. 7 total beds, 2 pull out couches, and lots of space for luxury air mattresses if needed. That room has a beautiful pool table, big screen TV, and couches. Kitchen is beautifully spaced, fully equipped, and massive. Dining table in a separate dining room is located near the front in a wide-open space for easy family dinners. Seating for 8 around the main table and additional seating upon request. There is also a breakfast table for 4. Additional seating available. Washer & dryer in laundry room Outdoor area includes: Large, Tiki hut covered deck with full bar & chairs Beautiful outdoor kitchenette and BBQ area next to pool Outdoor dining tables & chairs Large pool deck area for social gathering Driveway can support up to 5+ standard vehicles (no street or grass parking allowed) We have resources for additional services for special requests; golf carts, bicycles, private chef, in-stay cleaning services, and much more. Plantation is a beautiful suburban community. The property is massive and provides lots of privacy, but guests must obey local noise rules at all times. At no point can your noise exceed property lines and disturb neighbors. No parties/loud music outside. Neighbors need to be respected at all times. Pets are allowed however they must be disclosed, and pet cleaning fee must be paid so deep cleaning is covered for future guests. No exceptions. Reservations over Holidays; specifically, Christmas & New Years have a 12-night minimum if you want both Holidays or a 6-night minimum if you choose one or the other.
