This is a classic case of a nice-looking property with poor service that completely ruins the experience. Not recommended. I spent 3 nights here, and the stay was far from what you’d expect from a resort. I arrived late at night and couldn’t find any parking. The next morning (Day 1), I informed reception that my room door wasn’t locking and also requested housekeeping. Despite following up three times, nothing was done by 4 PM. I gave up. Day 2 – still no resolution. After repeated reminders, housekeeping finally showed up at 4:30 PM. The door issue remained unresolved. I had to go to the reception multiple times, which was awful—especially since I was with my 10-year-old child, who also felt uncomfortable with the overall situation. I spoke to the manager, who was unapologetic and claimed her housekeeping team is the best. Reception staff were polite, but nothing actually got done. I was told the hotel was full, which may explain delays, but that doesn’t justify ignoring basic services like cleanliness and room security. I spent two days with an unlocked door, constantly worried about my belongings. Update: After all the back and forth, the manager finally offered a room change. I was given a new key—but the new room wouldn’t open. I tried twice, even with the reception staff, but the door stayed shut. At this point, I don’t want to be bothered anymore. I just want peace of mind and am eagerly waiting to check out. I know it may not matter much to others, but for me, this has been extremely frustrating. I will not visit again—and I absolutely do not recommend this place.
