Room is comfortable for a night stay. Sound proofing can improve to reduce noise from outside. No window. Public parking available outside hotel. Overall ok, can book again.

Location was great, it’s near to many food places! The room size is okay for one night stay. Hot water was great. Bed and pillows were good too. Cleanliness is definitely not the best, there’s mould near the toilet door frame. But overall okay for one night stay.

Clean room with aircon and tv. Attached bathroom and table. No lifts at this hotel. Location is near KSL and near some bakeries too. Staff will assist if you need help with anything. Common area seats available and also hot and cold water dispensers available

One of the memorable trips we had in JB. Nearby shops, massage place. How I loved the slow Sunday mornings here. The receptionist was friendly & polite. Thank you for that wonderful experience.

The room is okay for a night of stay. Room is clean and cold, got bidet on the toilet. Not a picky guest so everything is fine. Good location since the food nearby is good, enjoyed Seven Oaks Cafe and Foodie Foodie bistro for their breakfast menu, so good!

The photos look fantastic online, and the location is excellent, with a bbt store conveniently located downstairs. However, the room isn’t soundproof, so we can hear cars and partying neighbour next door. Overall, the vibe is decent for the affordable price. The staff is eager to receive feedback as they aim to enhance their guests' experiences.

Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Entrance is a little unassuming. Hotel front desk is on 2nd floor and the rooms are on both 2nd and 3rd floor. Has a clean and cosy feel. Room is adequate with toilet amenities provided. Hair dryer, tv, a dressing table and a large mirror as well. A flask is provided for you to get drinking water from a dispenser located beside the front desk. Both cold and hot water is available. Staff are friendly and provided instructions clearly.

Finally managed to stayed at this hotel since it’s been a while since i found this place. Looked around the Hotel location and realized it isnt bad as it is along a street filled with food such as restaurants and big bakery store outlet lavender within walking distance. Main staircase can be found as there is visible signboard, however take note for visitors with big luggage as you will need to physically carry it up, main lobby located at lvl 2. Was told by front desk the door will require key card access between 9pm to 9am since there’s no one manning the counter, cool with that. Front desk staff is very friendly but it seems that the owner seems to be lacking as they dont hire enough staff which resulted in this front desk staff having to man it alone for long hours and the lapses from 9pm till the next day since no front desk service will be available. 3/5 solely given to the friendly staff. 0/5 for the management. Room itself is clean and decent, with basic amenities available. Windows must be closed though as it gets pretty noisy in the night or early in the morning since the road beside it is a busy street during peak hours. Overall, still decent stay for 4/5 considering the price and the services available.

Hotel is near KSL mall but not that near, takes 30 mins or more if walking to KSL from Marion. No lifts available! Only staircase so not so accessible for anything on wheels like luggages, prams, trolleys and wheelchairs alike. Room is good. However the water pitcher looks dirty, dare not use it. Hair dryer is not functioning well, only can be used for a few seconds and can’t go on. Bathroom is clean. There’s bath towels and essentials available. Got tv. No fridge. Ok hotel but not fantastic. A few confectionary nearby available. Good for breakfast

Paid SGD $50++ for this hotel, had 0 expectations and only wanted a nice sleep. At slightly past midnight, was awoken by the sound of inconsiderate people speaking loudly and blasting music, and this lasted ALL THE WAY until 6am. Disappointed at the staffs for not making sure that guests gets a good rest, and also because the walls here are too thin. You can literally hear your neighbours bathing. Hotel room wise, size is a little small and the toilet is considerably small as well.

Spent a night here at The Marion Hotel and it was pretty good for the price paid! Service was top notch as well. They provided us with a phone charger as we forgot to bring ours. Returned upon check out. No hotel parking - only limited parking lots available outside of the hotel. Overall a pretty good stay!

It's an ok stay, cars on the road get quite noisy and loud at night. Not suitable for light sleepers. Room is clean but there were some flying bugs flying around annoying us. Overall, it's an OK experience. Best part is the location is near to many good food places.

Everything is good but no lift available, not easy for old people to climb the stairs The room is too small even for 2 people, only had few space to put luggage and walk around, toilet is together with shower. Okay for only 1 night stay
