Located in a peaceful area with sea view, the recent and warmth house is very comfortable. It has a modern equipment, electric radiator, and double glazing. You will see the large bays from a south-facing terrace, not overlooked by any neighbour, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. There are 2 new bicycles (hybrid bike) for adults available on request. This house for 2 people and 1 baby is rented all year long. There is a cot and high chair. The supermarket and many groceries shop are 1.6 km away. There is a market on Tuesday and Saturday in Audierne (6 km away).
This semi-detached house, with the garage next to the landlord's house, is not overlook and has an independent entry.

Wunderbare Bretagne
Immer wieder eine Reise wert. Ferienwohnung sehr angenehm, Küche gut ausgestattet, Strand und Küstenweg prima zu erreichen, Supermarkt nah, Straße nur für Anlieger, daher sehr ruhig, Vermieterin sehr nett.

Hervorragend
Sehr schönes Haus. Tatsächlich mit Meerblick und Wellengeräusch. Weg zum Meer und Strand ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Hunde am Strand sind nirgends erlaubt. Abends und morgens eher kein Problem. Sandstrand bei Ebbe. Bei Flut bleibt ein kleines Stück Sandstrand. Wunderschön sind die Sentier-Wege direkt am Strand. Diese kann man in beide Richtungen gehen. Hier auch mit Hund.
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Alles da was man braucht. Das W-Lan war etwas holprig.
Das Wetter Ende August, Anfang September war genau richtig: 20 - 23 Grad und in 3 Wochen abends kurze Schauer. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Der Meerblick ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Besitzer sind aufgeschlossen, freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist bestens organisiert.
Wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt und werden wiederkommen!

Schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer
Wunderschön gelegenes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick und Sonnenterasse. In unserem Urlaub wurden wir vom Meeresrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Sehr freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieter; optimale Aufteilung und vollständige Ausstattung. Fast alle Fenster mit Meerblick. Freundliche und helle Atmosphäre im Haus. Sauberkeit ohne Beanstandung. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Des améliorations à apporter
Emplacement très agréable malgré un décor de l’habitation basique
L’électroménager est ancien et n’a aucun départ différé ce qui est bien dommage car l’électricité est facturée en plus de la location et le compteur possède des tarifs heures creuses et heures pleines qui sont d’ailleurs facturées au même tarif
50 €de ménage avec des plaques de cuisson mal nettoyées ainsi que le pourtour de celle-ci et le pot contenant les accessoires de la cuisine près d’elle
Des éclaboussures sur le mur de la cage d’escalier avec des dégoulinures jusqu’aux plaintes. Un dessous d’évier sentant le moisi et qui présente des traces noires et sales. 50€ au prix horaire d’une femme de ménage signifie 3 heures de travail : je doute fortement que ces 3 heures soient utilisées.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit wunderbaren Meerblick
Das sehr schöne Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, sehr gut und funktional ausgestattet und hatte ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer und Bett. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen, nur für Anlieger freigegebenen Straße, ca 200 Meter vom großen Sandstrand entfernt. Nachts ist Meeresrauschen zu hören, ein gigantischer Sternenhimmel und diverse Leuchtfeuer von Leuchttürmen zu sehen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Traumurlaub in Plouhinec, Bretagne
Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Wetter in der ersten Woche sehr warm(ca. 30-32° C), auf Grund der hohen Wellen hat das Baden im Atlantik (Strand ca. 300m vom Haus entfernt) sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Das Haus/die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und nachts hört man das Meer rauschen. In der zweiten Woche lagen die Temperaturen bei 20-22°C, aber kein Regen sondern mehr heiter als wolkig.
Dank an die Vermieterin Mme Chamballu für die herzliche Aufnahme und die Beantwortung unserer Fragen.
