I was attending a conference at the University of Plymouth and the Crowne Plaza was a great choice. The breakfast was fantastic (photo is the view from the restaurant), the lobby bar is great too and there is also a Tesco Express at the end of the block. The pool and gym were clean and well stoked, too. Would recommend.

Lovely, central hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who were very attentive. Room was large, comfy beds and lovely clean bathroom (with bath!). Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great pool.. amazing breakfast.. the king size bed was enormous & so so comfortable. Can’t wait to return for another visit

The service was very good very polite staff we used the swimming , sauna and loved it very easy just sign in and enjoy for as long as you like. The food was superb. Will definitely be going there again and I will be spreading the word .

Was a nice room lovely big bed and comfortable reception was lovely and helpful would definitely stay again

The air conditioner was so noisy that I had to turn it off which leave the room so cold and unable to sleep.

Our stay was pleasant because of the customer service. Gabriela L from reception was very helpful and provided fabulous service - thank you. The room was big and the king size bed was v comfortable. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for sleeping. Some other issues were - the noise from corridor when neighbours closing doors and the restaurant above (as we stayed on floor 10). The air con was barely working and the shower drain was clogged.
