Hotel City Inn - Mountain View

I choosed another good hotel in Pokhara. Our room 703 was large looking at the lake. Situated very close to the lake and the promenade with shops and restaurants. The manager, Mr Ram, is very kindly and helpful. The taxi driver of the hotel pick up us at the bus station and the day after, very early in the morning, he took us to see the sunrise over Anapura. Breakfast was good and enough. In the room I asked more towels, and shampoo blister and I got with the change of the frigider because it wasn't out of order. Very prompty to satisfy customers requests. Wifi good. We spent a very good time ( 3 days ) in Pokhara, it's worth a visit ... in City Inn Too !!! Ivanromeo Zavatti ( Italy ).

Great property and neat facilities. Awesome views of the mountains from the higher floors. Couple of mins walk to the lakeside market road which has all the shopping and restaurants. Great staff and customer service specially Mr. Ram at the reception who made sure our stay was utmost comfortable. He even arranged the trek arrangements for us where we had a great experience. Overall excellent stay

I stayed at City Inn Hotel on and off for about 3 weeks using it as a base as i explored and trekked around the region. Ram was very helpful, providing suggestions for shorter hikes or day trips and he and the rest of the staff were always friendly and kind. The rooms were comfortable with useful amenities (A/C, kettle, hair dryer) and some had gorgeous mountain views from their balconies. The breakfast was abundant and tasty and the hotel’s location is central, but off the main road. All and all, a great place to stay that i intend to return to.

Wonderdull hotel , wonderful breakfast and what a amazing hospitality. The hotel manager Ram is very kind person,he put all his best efforts to make ur stay and trip excellent,he take care of very small small things. He also help u to book the local transport in economical rate . We stay with fami5and booked 3 room , all the staff members are amazing, always talk with u very good smile . Very good service

Dirty and messy room! Stayed here for 1 night as it was arranged by Travel Agent! The pictures and the actual condition of the Room are different! The balcony door was difficult to open, worst thing, seems like they didn’t change the bedsheet as it was smelly and a bit damp! One of the staff knocked our room out of the blue which we found it very annoying!!

Wonderful customer service, everyone that works here is very kind and ready to assist with any questions or requests you may have. Great breakfast down in the lobby. The manager of the hotel is sure to always stop by and ask how everything is going. 5 star, definitely would stay here again.

What a wonderful Hotel in Pokhara! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and generous! And the location is just perfect! I definetely reccommend Hotel City Inn to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay once in Pokhara, Nepal.

Amazing location , very good hospitality specially the manager and the recpetionist was very quick and friendly all time we moved from the reception they kept treating us well , just 1 mins from boating points and worth taking it, the room they gave us was the Mountain View couldn’t hope we will get such a view , and specially the rooms washrooms everything was perfect

Hotel City Inn is a great hotel option in Pokhara. The hotel is just steps from Phewa Lake but is located off the main road which reduces traffic noise. The beds are comfortable, there is reliable WiFi, AC, and hot water, and views from the room balconies capture the Annapurna range on a clear day. However, the most noteworthy thing about this hotel is the staff; they are some of the kindest, most accommodating people I’ve met in Nepal. I got sick with covid on my second day here, and the hotel staff and manager immediately offered their assistance. They arranged for someone to come to the hotel to administer a PCR test and were very responsive with room service and other requests while I was isolating. They were reassuring and kind throughout the ordeal. I highly recommend City Inn for your next visit to Pokhara!
