Lovely stay in northern Thamel

酒店不錯 乾淨衞生 位置很棒 樓頂360度全景風光 晚上很安靜還有小陽台 泡杯茶 很舒服，停車也方便 逛街也很便利 ！

服務人員友善，酒店位置較好，靠近湖邊。設施殘老舊，房間尚算整潔。樓頂有觀景平台和小型無邊際泳池，遠眺費瓦湖景色不錯。雨季看到雪山的機會較低，因為雲層較厚。

特別特別好！位置在湖邊，離哪裡都近，酒店服務絕佳，讓人感覺很温暖~ 酒店樓頂有小的無邊泳池，房間又小陽台，可以邊吃邊欣賞美景，推薦呦！

酒店位置方便，服務非常好，早餐豐富，房間寬大，設施好，強烈推薦

條件一般，因為那邊酒店都這樣，服務很好，有求必應，還給換了錢

前台接待熱情，服務態度好。酒店位置離開湖泊很近，但是又安靜。房間衞生。

前台服務很好，可以幫忙訂滑翔傘，價格也合適，酒店的spa也不錯，價廉物美~

Непал это Непал :) Еда в ресторане вкусная. ( заказывали в номер) Уборка каждый день. Воду ставили каждый день. Reception старается. На завтрак можно что-то выбрать из еды… Обслуживание долгое )) но мы никуда не спешим. Часть окон с хорошим видом на горы. Бассейн чистый. Лучший вид на горы с крыши отеля.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We booked a Super Deluxe Room with an amazing view of Shanti Stupa and Pumdikot. The room was decent in size and clean. The rooftop is stunning with an amazing view of Pokhara. The hotel is located near all the great restaurants, and shopping centers and within walking distance from the world-famous Fewa Lake. Though the continental and ala carte food was good in taste, yet I believe there is scope for improvement in the breakfast menu, mainly in North/South Indian food. The staff was nice and cooperative. Very nicely managed hotel. I would completely recommend this hotel!!

The whole experience was tremendous And all the service staff were very humble Even the have pool and Jaquese which were evenly clean. Room were also very well organised Security staff was also goog The break fast had an great variety of veg and non veg food

Loved my stay at Hotel Shaara! The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the rooftop pool was incredible! The rooftop offers an unparalleled view of the surroundings. Perfect location for exploring Pokhara.

The staff was very friendly and it is in a great location; however, overall a disappointing stay in Pokhara. Our room and bathroom could have used a renovation (furniture was worn/beat up) and some items were not entirely cleaned. The bathroom sink had mothballs in it, so our bathroom and room had a mothball smell. While the rooftop had great 360 views, the pool was green and it appeared the rooftop “wasn’t open” (we were there the last weekend in September).
