Hoposa Hotel & Apartaments VillaConcha

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the best cycling routes. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and the dinner buffet is also very good. Walking distance to the beach and the main area of town (5 mins). I didn't check out the pools because it was coolish weather. The spa is nice but the "hot tub" could be warmer (it's a European thing I guess). They cater to cyclists and athletes. The gym is excellent. I also enjoyed the bed and pillows. Very good WiFi. At the end of my stay, I checked out and went for a long ride. They let me use the shower in the spa to clean up before I had to drive back to the airport. Thank you for that!

Hotel has a brilliant location, just down the road from the beach, proximity to all the great restaurants along the front. Pool, bike garage, on-site bike shop (from which you can rent bikes at a reasonable rate) and gym are great facilities, if a little busy in the summer. Be careful as the spa and training pool are at additional cost, all be it fairly nominal ones, and a swimming cap is required for the latter. The one thing that really lets it down for me is the quality of the bedsheets. They are some of the poorest I can remember, even when changed they are stained or marked in some way, and one of the family members I was travelling with even had one with a (fairly large) hole in it. Besides that, great hotel with a great location, great staff and facilities.

Villaconcha is a lovely clean, modern and fresh hotel with fabulous breakfast , facilities and reception staff ( full of local knowledge). However, sunbed/parasol wars ruins it for all but those selfish, entitled and arrogant people happy to put towels out to reserve them 4 hours before needing them!!! That included reserving beds for children who never even used them. We have never experienced this having always booked our own villas with pools but now we are retired we thought we might prefer more of a holiday community (no)! We really appreciated the full support of management when faced with an issue from another resident however, an enforced policy really is the only way forward.

Great hotel. Even though we were there in the last two weeks of the season, the hotel looked good, clean and well maintained. Staff could not have been more helpful. Food was good. Within walking distance of the port and still enough places open to enjoy meal out, and do shopping. The pool was too cold to swim in, but the sea was warm so swimming was not a problem. Definitely will return.

Good location, beautiful view from the balcony to the swimming pool, safe area for kids and families, indoor pool also. We had the breakfast and dinner and it was delicious. Just we needed to pay for a drinks separately and it was very strange and unusual to pay for a childs drinks as orange juices. We booked our dinner before 6 p.m., so we got a free bottle of vine. The dinner for each adult 26€, I think the drinks especially alcohol free should be included in the price. We got a room apartment, that means we got it bigger room with the kitchen and living room area like a studio and bedroom with the bathroom apstairs- loft. So we got it bigger room than we booked. We really enjoyed it staying in your hotel, everything was absolutely perfect and we would like to come back more often to stay there. We will strongly recommend your hotel to our friends, work colleagues and neighbours. I hope we will meet you soon again in Hoposa Hotel Villa Concha apartments ;) Thank you so muck

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. Our apartment room was clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The staff were all extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were extensive, varied and excellent. The heated 25m training pool was fabulous, as were the spa facilities. We had a superb holiday and hope to return.

Overall we were happy with stay and hotel. The staff were very good, always helpful, pleasant and polite. Hotel very smart and clean. Room was good but shower a bit tired and not the most powerful but good enough. The restaurant good, with a nice variety of food and good quality. There was a BBQ twice a week which was nice touch. We were half board so drinks not included but prices were reasonable so no complaints. One point which is not unique to this hotel is when on half board, not even water is included which is a minor point but should really be given water with dinner. The sport facilities were excellent with the best hotel gym I've used. Communal swimming pool was a bit cool! There was a training pool for serious swimming which we would have used BUT to use there was a charge of 1 Euro/hour plus had to purchase a swimming cap for 6 Euro. These are trivial amounts but it's the principle. Staying in a hotel but having to pay to use pool?? Not acceptable. I was there for the cycling so hired bike from shop which was at hotel, all good with one minor irritation. The bikes were stored in a secure garage with access through hotel and a monitored gate to outside. However, as soon as I had bike I was required to lock it in garage with a padlock from reception. A 10 Euro cash deposit was required which was refundable on return of lock. However, I was hiring bike from shop which is stored in their garage anyway but as soon as under my control had to lock it after each use. The garage was secure, it's their bike but I had to use lock(?). Seemed unnecessary. One issue I did have and was disappointed with was WIFI or lack of in room. It was un-useable. My phone could hardly connect and when I did I was getting speeds of around 3-4 MBPS. That is dial up speed and not viable. I mentioned to reception and they sent technician who basically shrugged his shoulders and said nothing he could do. Similar response from reception. Not good enough. If a service is advertised, eg WIFI then it should work. Maybe a minor point but was annoying. As I said at the start, overall we had a good holiday and hotel was really nice and I would recommend staying but there were one or two little irritations which could easily be resolved.

We loved our stay in the Apartments. The location is great as it is only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was plentiful, with a really good selection of hot and cold food options. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We travelled with our 5 year old who loved joining in the children's entertainment. The inflatable assault course and mini disco were both a big hit! All the staff were incredibly welcoming. Everyone works super hard to ensure you have a great stay. The Reception team went above and beyond to help us retrieve our daughter's blanket which we unfortunately left behind! They assisted us with a courier which sadly didn't work out due to a customs issue (no fault of the hotel obviously) but rather than give up, they found a fellow holidaymaker who was willing to bring it home with them. We are incredibly grateful to both the kind stranger and the Reception team. Our daughter was so excited to be reunited with her blanket! A really kind act, thank you! Thank you to all the team for making our stay memorable. We will be back - and this time we promise we will remember to pack everything!

Just returned from an amazing holiday at Hoposa Villaconcha in Pollensa. Facilities were excellent -pool, gym, bike store etc. and staff incredibly attentive. We were half board which met all our needs and great to be a minute away from a beach (and beach bar)! Very highly recommended! We’re coming back!
