A very good place to stay, especially the room with sea view and a balcony. Food could be better. But incredibly friendly people.

Location is the main highlight. Cleanliness of villa cavi is worth appreciating and morning complimentary breakfast had good varieties.

The property lacks the basics of hospitality. When you check the hotel rules it says outside food and alcohol is permitted but the moment you check-in they give you a piece of paper with all their restrictions listed in bold. I felt like a kid having been admitted to a strict discipline hostel. Fortunately, mm t intervened and sorted it out. However, i believe they would continue doing the same with other guests. Exhorbitantly priced and not value for money. Great property in wrong hands. However, to be fair to them, i should also say that they granted me late check-out by an hour without any hassle.

Great hotel - location, staff, services, food and room. The owner of the hotel personally talks to each guests to make sure they are well take care.

1. Location : best part. Right at the beach. 2. Amenities : nil. No extra amenities like 4 star, 5 star hotels. Basic room amenities are there. Parking on road. No pool, gym etc. 3. Food : food was good. We liked all the items tried. 4. Service : general service is good. Overall service is average. No one to help with luggage. 5. Pricing : the worst part. It is having 5 star pricing for overall 2 start hotel i would say. That too in off-season. I had booked it based on reviews & the location. 6. Cleanliness: room is clean & well arranged but size is too small. If you put extra cot, then there is no place to move around. There was no table for dining etc. I had booked superior room with balcony. Balcony is quite narrow but long. 7. Others: owner is really cool & talks to the guests personally. He helps you with the local information & can guide you to plan your sight-seeing.
