Housekeeping services are good. Just one suggestion though if you guys can refill fridge cabinet wifh snacks daily.

For the room size and facilities, price felt quite expensive comparing to other stays in the same locality. Food was average. Hospitality was good. Appreciate that they were able to prepare the baby food which u requested for.

Fantastic stay at Vila Cavi. It is the most premium location of Pondichery and the Host Mr Baba Patel is an extraordinary Gentleman and a Gem of a person

Poor hospitality, when only handful of guests staying. Bathroom could have been more cleaner. No buffet breakfast served. Moreover, this hotel is under construction, which does not give you a feel good factor at the price you pay. Other properties near by are equally good.

The service was extremely poor. The room provided to us was not worth the price we paid. We had booked a deluxe room, but they gave us a room on the ground floor, claiming it was a deluxe room. The room was very noisy, with sounds coming from both the restaurant inside on the ground floor and the road outside. Their so-called deluxe room was not even soundproof. We couldn't sleep, and even after repeatedly informing the staff/manager, no action was taken. We are completely dissatisfied with the service and would absolutely not recommend this place. Parking is another nightmare, guests are expected to park on the road, leaving at the mercy of strangers, vulnerable to damage. Special mention must be made of the manager, whose incompetence and unprofessional behaviour added insult to injury. If you value your peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs... there are far better options nearby.
