Premier Inn Poole North

I stayed here whilst visiting family for my father's 70th birthday weekend so was only really using the room to rest and relax at the end of each day. At the time of booking my stay I was made aware that the restaurant would be closed for renovation and so had decided I would have breakfast with my family and so was pleasantly surprised when a complementary breakfast of croissants and pain au chocolate was being provided in the reception area. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient for me as it is only a few streets away from the housing estate than my family live on and even if I hadn't been staying with them there are several restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

I had a change of plans so we didn’t need to use the hotel. We needed to change the location instead and I thought it would be difficult but the lady that answered the phone was very helpful and polite about the situation. I can’t thank them enough. She definitely deserves credit for the professionalism shown. Thank you again! 🙏🏽

Clean and tidy room comfortable bed polite courteous friendly staff. Basically needed a room for the night so I could recuperate from the long drive from Hertfordshire to Dorset to pick up a motorbike. Value for money and a real solid sleep was had.

Being in the Hospitality trade for far too many years, I've always swayed away from staying at this sort of establishment, but I couldn't have been more incorrect for doing so. My large room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and I didn't want to get out off the bed, well done Silentnight. At the time when we stopped they were having some refurbishment work done so there was no restaurant, so put on complementary coffees and pastries so no problem. So all round a big thumbs up. PS. There was one little niggle I forgot, the remote control for the television had lost its battery cover, but definitely not a deal breaker 😂

Lovely Stay Super clean room, amazingly comfy bed Brilliant service in Restaurant from both Ami and Sally Overall value for money, Breakfast bit overpriced and Front of building could do with a clean as first impression always counts Would stay again if in the area 😀

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, particularly the young ladies in the bar and dining area. We found the good to be pretty good food and the rooms comfortable and quiet. The only small blot for me was a dreadful Irish Coffee. I am not sure if they had ever made one before despite it being on the drinks list.
