In the centre of Port d'Alcúdia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the edge of the forest, 10 m from the sea, 10 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: large garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped (20 x 10 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 31.Dec. - 01.Jan.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: arbour, pergola, terrace (9 m2). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house on the premises. Shop 15 m, grocery 50 m, supermarket 80 m, shopping centre 25 km, restaurant 5 m, bar 50 m, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental, pub garden 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 60 m, sandy beach "Playa de Port Alcúdia" 15 m, rocky beach "Alcanada" 3.5 km. Significant defects (broken balcony door, dirty floor, construction site on site, pool and loungers not available, etc.) are unacceptable. The electricity consumption was either misread or something else doesn't add up, we were supposed to have used 102kW
