房間很大，風景很好，酒店送的歡迎點心非常棒！酒店就在海邊，去各景點都不遠，早餐品種豐富，味道也不錯，值得推薦！

在埃及最愉快的一晚住宿 工作人員會非常友善熱情的提供幫助，會主動幫你提箱子，開門，接電話等等 非常適合度假，下次還來 要不是去金字塔看看，今天也不想走了

新酒店，沒有客流，冷清。早餐單調，沒有花樣變化

Очень комфортное пребывание на протяжении всего уикенда: - вся территория отеля и сам номер идеально чистые, все новое, ходили везде с детьми босиком - туалетная комната без пятнышка и без посторонних запахов, есть ванные принадлежности, хороший напор воды - номера с потрясающим видом и запахом морского бриза, очень комфортные кровати Территория отеля довольно большая для прогулок, за 3 дня выходили прогуляться по набережной только 2 раза. Бонус: детская площадка, так что, большую часть времени игрались там. Понравилось также лаунж-кафе рядом с бассейном: безумно вкусные десерты и кофе, можно заказывать блюда из ресторана. На завтраки очень интересное меню, как традиционное, так и европейское, все очень вкусно (не шведский стол). Также впечатлила приветливость персонала, готовы помочь с любой мелочью и благожелательны к деткам))) Для нас это место где мы реально отдохнули без суеты и проблем и, мы настроены вернуться опять)))

I was shocked with their customer service. I came in after my honey moon with my wife to stay for a few nights before heading out of the country, they processed the payment and supposedly checked me in then a General Manager (Maged Adel) came out questioning the marriage certificate I have as it’s fake or something. I immediately asked for my refund and walked out, he tried to come out to apologize after figuring out he messed up but it’s too late. It’s a shame for a General Manager not to use common sense and thinking through his decisions before stepping in.

A beautiful, well maintained place with an excellent hosting team who always smile, care and help. The suite was perfect. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely repeat again. Million thanks to the best customer service and hosting team.

The hotel is nice. Everything is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful , Shoman, Hossam and Rahem pool restaurant, Ahmed and Israa reception. The view is amazing and the hotel is close to downtown. The pool is nice and clean I like it. The breakfast is good.

The hotel location is excellent almost close to most of attractions, it covers parking as well. Staff are helpful, suite was good and clean. I didn't like getting last floor suite without elevator, that was hard especially for old people. Breakfast was good but can be better.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 amazing nights from 29 March with my Russian wife & kids. Very professional team, cheerful & hospitable Food is very delicious, variety of healthy & fresh items Rooms are very new & clean Amenities inside bathrooms are five stars
