The formal living room has a queen sleeper sofa, tv, and seating area. Transitioning from the formal living area to the kitchen is the dining area, which has an artsy round glass table that seats 4. Or dine on the outside patio, which has seating for 6 at the outdoor table. The second living room is a bright and open office space, overlooking the pool area and directly off the kitchen. The office space has two desks with office chairs, wireless printer, computer monitor, and mouse. The office area also has weights and a foam roller for a home workout. The home has a brand new washer and dryer for guest use. The home is within walking distance to schools, shops, and restaurants. There is a beautiful walking path right across from the home that spans 3+ miles and passes parks, schools, and beautiful houses within the community. Easy access to both 95 and the Turnpike.
