Charming house, 45m2, in a secure holiday residence, with a garden shaded by an olive tree and oleanders, and a large covered terrace. Parking for a large car on the property. The house has on the ground floor a living room equipped with two 2-seater sofa beds and a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a dining area for 6 people, as well as a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, Senseo, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, freezer, dishes, glasses, cutlery and quality pots and pans for 6 people). Plenty of storage, air conditioning, separate WC and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has two independent bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed. Very efficient storage and fans in both bedrooms. The staircase is protected by a security barrier. The residence has two large swimming pools with paddling pools and children's games, one with slides and water games, a volleyball court, a mini-golf course, a pétanque court, children's play areas . Internet and Wifi throughout the house. The terrace is equipped with a table for 10 people, a barbecue and sunbathing. Garden furniture. Private parking in the garden. Possibility to sleep up to 8 people. Bakery, shops, restaurant, ice-cream parlor at 200m. The 7km long, gently sloping sandy beach, well suited for children, is 500m away.
