It' s not really easy for the comments, because we can say that flat are very large and for 9 people it was enough. But it's all commodities around our booking that not worked. First , we should got our keys at 3PM, but at 3.00PM we did not have information how do do it. When you have travelled and it's snowing and you do not have information how to get your keys , it's very scary. and they did not answer when we tried to phone them. Second, they told there is breakfast, but there is nothing and I did not see place where they could serve breakfast. Third ,, we did not have hot water in the kitchen , diffcult to wash plattes, glasses and so on. I asked thel to repare it. They say ok , but I m still waiting people to do it !!!! For me main difficulties are : contact , get the keys and false description mainly for the breakfast because from my point of view , it is not punctual because there is no place for it and it is a lie. I do not believe I can go again in this place.
